1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1 lb.), cut into strips
1 Tbsp. oil
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 onion, sliced, halved
1 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
1/2 cup A.1. Mesquite Marinade
8 flour tortillas (6 inch), warmed
1/2 cup guacamole
1/2 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Cook and stir steak in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 3 minutes. Add peppers and onion; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until steak is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  • Add salsa and marinade; mix well. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Spoon evenly onto tortillas; roll up. Top with the guacamole and sour cream.

1/2 cup Italian dressing

Steps:

  • Cook ground beef.
  • Drain fat and then add in the vegetables, cook for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the Italian dressing.
  • Spoon filling into tortillas and serve.

1 lb beef flank steak
1/2 cup Italian dressing
1/2 cup salsa
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
12 8-inch flour tortillas
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced and cut into rings
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced

Steps:

  • Partilly freeze meat, then thinly slice it across the grain into strips. Place strips into a plastic bag.
  • For marinade combine the Italian dressing,salsa,lemon juice & worcestersire sauce. Pour over meat in bag. Let it marinade for a minimum of 6 hours, I prefer 24.
  • Wrap tortilla in foil, place in a 350 oven for 10 miniutes.
  • Pour some cooking oil in a large skillet and add onion.cook for 1-2 minutes, add bell pepper strips and cook for 1-2 more minutes, or until crisp tender. remove from skillet.
  • Place half the undrained beef strips into hot skillet. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes, or until desired doneness. Remove and drain. Repeat with remaining beef.
  • To serve, fill warm tortillas with beef mixture and onion and pepper strips. If desired, add some sour cream and cheese and some more salsa. roll up tortillas.

I use a Fajita Seasoning Mix I buy at Super Walmart Called Fiesta Fajita Seasoning Mix. Basically it is salt free and made with herbs & spices. Pepper is a main ingredient, and not too much cumin. This mix is NOT one of the packaged things. I hope you can find it, or something similar because it makes fajita making fast and simple

1 lb chicken breast tenders, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fiesta fajita seasoning mix, plus
1 teaspoon fiesta fajita seasoning mix
1 cup frozen pepper, strips
1 small onion, sliced
1 lime, halved
cheese (to garnish)
tortilla
pico de gallo
sour cream

Steps:

  • Heat 1 Tbsp Oil in your Wok until smoking.
  • Add the Chicken, the 1 Tbsp of Seasoning mix, and after they get going, squeeze 1/2 the Lime inches Stir fry until BARELY done, remove to the side and keep warm.
  • In the same wok, heat another little tad of oil if you need to and stir fry the onions and peppers with the 1 tsp of seasoning.
  • When they're done to your liking, mix in the chicken and squeeze the other 1/2 of the lime in and mix up well.
  • Serve with the tortillas and the other fixings and enjoy!

1 lb round steak, 1/4 inch thick
3 ounces broiled sliced mushrooms (undrained)
2/3 cup water
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Steps:

  • Trim fat from meat and reserve.
  • Cut meat diagonally in very thin strips.
  • Heat fat in skillet until there are 3 tbsp melted fat (may need to add oleo/butter if beef is very lean).
  • Remove trimmings.
  • Brown meat.
  • Add 2/3 cup water and mushrooms.
  • Stir in soup mix.
  • Heat to boiling.
  • Blend sour cream and flour.
  • Add to hot mixture.
  • Cook and stir until mixture thickens.
  • Sauce will be thin.
  • Serve over rice or noodles.

2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground oregano
1 mango, chopped in 1/2 inch pieces
1 plum tomato, chopped
1 cup thinly sliced red onion, divided
2 tablespoons lime juice, divided
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
3/4 teaspoon salt, divided
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 cup thinly sliced green bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, to taste
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
4 flour tortillas (10-inch)

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine steak, chili powder, coriander and oregano.
  • In another bowl, combine mango, tomato, 1/4 cup of the red onion, 1 tablespoon of the lime juice, cilantro and 1/4 teaspoon of the salt.
  • Set the salsa aside.
  • Heat oil in a large nonstick pan set over medium high heat.
  • Add steak, remaining onion, remaining salt, green pepper, cayenne and worcestershire sauce and cook, stirring frequently, for 6 to 7 minutes, or until vegetables are softened and meat is cooked to desired degree of doneness.
  • Remove from heat and stir in remaining lime juice.
  • Heat the tortillas according to package directions.
  • Working with one at a time, place a tortilla on the work surface and spoon 1/4 of the meat mixture in a strip down the center.
  • Spoon 1/4 of the salsa over the meat, then roll up the tortilla by folding the bottom flap up over the filling and then rolling the sides in to form a tube shape with an opening at one end.
