HOMEMADE FROZEN YOGURT RECIPE
This homemade frozen yogurt requires no ice cream maker. It's truly easy to make, and it's so creamy and delicious.

Steps:
- Place the yogurt, honey and vanilla in your food processor's bowl.
- Process to incorporate, stopping once to scrape the sides of the bowl, then process 1 more minute, until light and fluffy. You can also whisk by hand, but do so for several minutes until smooth and fluffy.
- Using a spatula, transfer the mixture to a square 9-inch glass baking dish. Cover with cling wrap, and freeze for 45 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the freezer. Use a rubber spatula to stir the already-frozen edges into the still-soft center, then spread evenly again.
- Cover again, and place in the freezer for 2 more hours, repeating the process of stirring the yogurt every 30 minutes.
- When the entire mixture is frozen, serve immediately as a soft-serve yogurt (use chilled bowls), or freeze 1-2 more hours for a firmer consistency that you can scoop out with an ice cream scoop.
- If you end up storing the frozen yogurt for longer than that (say, overnight or a couple of days - I doubt it will last longer), remove it from the freezer 30 minutes before serving, to allow it to soften.

SOFT SERVE FROZEN YOGURT

Steps:
- Freeze bowl for ice cream maker for at least 24 hours before starting this recipe.
- Combine all ingredients in the order listed on the ingredients list in a high-speed blender. Process until well combined, about 30 seconds.
- Transfer to the ice cream maker and process according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- The frozen yogurt will still seem soft when it's done, with the texture of soft serve. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings, or place in an airtight container and store in the freezer.

HORCHATA FROZEN YOGURT

- In a medium bowl; whisk all the ingredients together until the sugar and cinnamon dissolve.
- Turn the ice cream machine on and pour mixture into the freezer bowl.
- Let mix until thickened, about 25 to 30 minutes.
- Place mixture in a freezer container and freeze until firm enough to scoop.
- Garnish with cinnamon sticks and a dusting of ground cinnamon. (optional).

5 MINUTE FROZEN YOGURT WITH FRUIT VARIATIONS
I haven't made this yet. This is one of those I found at another web site. It sounds so easy and yummy. I decided to post it because it was cluttering up my kitchen counter and I thought it had a better chance of being made if it were posted.

Steps:
- Allow the frozen fruit to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Place the knife blade in food processor, add fruit and process until fruit resembles finely shaved ice, stopping to scrape down sides of container with rubber spatula.
- With the processor running, add yogurt, sugar, lemon juice and almond extract; process until mixture is smooth and creamy.
- May need to occasionally scrape down side of container.

- Pour the mixture into a prepared ice cream maker and follow ice cream maker directions to chill the yogurt.
- Once it is done, you can transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze it to make a more solid mixture or eat it right away (I definitely prefer it right away)
