2 3/4 cups cold milk
1 (6 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (12 ounce) container whipped cream (Thawed)
1 graham cracker crust
2 eggs

Steps:

  • Pre-Heat oven to 375.
  • Separate Egg Whites.
  • Brush Egg Whites onto Pie Crust.
  • Bake Crust for 5 minutes.
  • Beat Milk and Pudding mix with wire whisk until smooth.
  • Whisk in half of the whipped cream.
  • After Crust cools, spread Chocolate mixture generously onto pie crust.
  • Spread remaining Whipped Cream on top of pie.
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • Enjoy!

This recipe was given to me by a dear friend at a church dinner. This pie never is runny. If you opt to use a frozen prepared pie crust, use the deep dish kind.

2 cups white sugar
5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 egg yolks
¼ cup butter
1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
4 egg whites
¼ cup white sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a saucepan, whisk together 2 cups sugar, cocoa and flour. Blend in evaporated milk and vanilla. Beat egg yolks, and stir into pan. Add the butter or margarine. Heat, stirring constantly just until butter is melted. Pour filling into unbaked pie shell.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until pie is not "wobbly" when shaken.
  • Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add 1/4 cup sugar, beating constantly, until stiff peaks form. Spread meringue on pie.
  • Return pie to oven, and bake until meringue is golden.

4 oz baker's german sweet chocolate
1/3 c milk
2 Tbsp sugar
1 pkg cream cheese
8 oz whipped topping
1 8 inch graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • 1. Thaw whipped topping.
  • 2. Heat 1 package (4 ounces) Baker\'s German Sweet Chocolate and 2 tablespoons milk in saucepan over low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted.
  • 3. Beat sugar into cream cheese; add remaining milk and chocolate mixture and beat until smooth.
  • 4. Fold chocolate mixture into whipped topping, blending until smooth.
  • 5. Spoon into baked 8\" graham cracker crust.
  • 6. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
  • 7. Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired. Store any leftover pie in freezer.

3 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • Heat chocolate and 2 tablespoons of milk over low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted.
  • Beat sugar into cream cheese.
  • Add remaining milk and chocolate.
  • Beat until smooth.
  • Fold in cool whip.
  • Put in crust and freeze for 4 hours.

  • Crush 3 cups of the Cheerios into uniform, fine crumbs in a food processor or with a rolling pin in a zipper top bag. Toss the crumbs and butter together in the food processor or in your prepared pan. Press evenly over the bottom of the pan. Set aside.
  • In a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment or a mixing bowl with a hand mixer, whip the cream cheese and vanilla extract together on HIGH until light and fluffy. Add in the squishy chocolate ice cream and whip until even, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Transfer the filling to the prepared crust and spread evenly. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until frozen solid. After 4 hours, place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface if you do not plan on eating it that day.
  • When you are ready to serve, let the icebox pie stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes before unmolding it if you used the springform pan. Pile up the remaining Chocolate Cheerios in the center of the icebox pie.
