1 Minute Healthy Microwave Mug Brownie Recipe Eggless Mug Brownie Food

1 MINUTE MICROWAVE BROWNIE-MICROWAVE MUG MEAL

Steps:

• In a microwavable mug (roughly 1 cup measurement) mix together all of the ingredients.
• Mix in the chocolate chips.
• If you don't want to cook them off straight away, then place them in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
• Microwave for 45-60 seconds. (Timing is based on my 1200W microwave so your timing might vary). Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes.
• Serve warm with vanilla ice cream & enjoy!

Steps:

• First of all, take a microwavable mug. To this add all the listed ingredients and mix nicely.
• Spread few choco chips on the surface. I used chocolate shavings on top. Was running out of choco chips.
• Microwave for 1 min. Timing is based on the microwave. Mine is 900w so I had to bake for another 20-30 seconds. If you have higher watt then 1 minute is sufficient.
• Allow it to cool for five minutes.
• Serve with ice cream or simply have it with chocolate syrup on top of it. One minute microwave mug brownie is ready to serve.

2 MINUTE MICROWAVE BROWNIE IN A MUG

Steps:

• Add 2 tablespoons of butter or oil.
• Melt butter.
• Add 2 tablespoons of water.
• Add a pinch of salt.
• Add cocoa or chocolate powder (like Nesquik) (add as much as you want).
• Add 1 tablespoon of sugar for chocolate powder (Nesquik) OR 2 tablespoons of sugar for cocoa powder.
• Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (OPTIONAL).
• Stir it up.
• Microwave it for 2 minutes.
• ENJOY! :D.

MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE MUG BROWNIE

Steps:

• In a coffee mug, add water/milk, melted butter/oil, a dash of salt and vanilla extract. Whisk well.
• Add cocoa powder, whisk well. Add sugar, whisk well. Add flour, whisk well.
• Microwave for 60 seconds. Center should be slightly molten. Careful not to overcook.
• Enjoy with a spoon. Careful, brownie will be hot.
