A couple spoonfuls of Cheddar in each bowl before dishing up and the rest on top after makes this 1-2-3 Vegetable Chili as cheesy as it is easy!

1 can (28 oz.) whole tomatoes, undrained, cut up
1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn
1 cup halved zucchini slices
1 tsp. chili powder
1 pkg. (7 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, divided

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except cheese in saucepan.
  • Bring to boil on medium-high heat; simmer on low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Spoon 2 Tbsp. cheese into each of 8 soup bowls; top with chili and remaining cheese.

4 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce

Steps:

  • Slow Cooker Directions
  • Brown beef in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to break up meat. Drain fat. Combine beef, beans and tomato sauce in slow cooker; mix well.
  • Cover; cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours.
  • Serve with cheese and green onions.

1 (29-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 (15-ounce) can chili beans (pinto beans in chili sauce), not drained
1 (15-ounce) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup frozen sliced or chopped carrots
1 cup frozen sweet corn kernels
2 bell peppers (different colors), chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 to 3 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped, sauce reserved
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 pound raw lean ground turkey
Salt

Steps:

  • Combine all of the ingredients except the turkey and salt in a large bowl. Add 2 teaspoons of adobo sauce from the canned chipotle peppers. Mix to combine and coat all of the beans and veggies with sauce.
  • Put the turkey in the bottom of the crock pot and break it up into small chunks. Pour the chili mixture on top and mix.
  • Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 7 to 8 hours. Stir to distribute the turkey. Add salt, to taste.
  • Mmmmm!!!

10 ounces beans
1 pounds ground beef
1 tablespoons garlic

1 units cajun seasonings
0.125 teaspoons red cayenne pepper
0.5 teaspoons marjoram leaves
0.5 teaspoons thyme
0.5 teaspoons red pepper
1 tablespoons italian seasonings

Steps:

  • In a large stockpot, empty all canned ingredients. Add all spices, and turn the burner on to a simmer, covered, and stirring occasionally.
  • While the base is simmering, brown the ground beef over a medium-high heat, add fresh chopped garlic and diced onion. Once the beef is fully cooked, drain if desired.
  • Take the lid off of the stockpot and put the ground beef in to the base. Stir chili well, replace lid and turn the heat up to a medium-low heat and simmer for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

These are the best to make when you want to be in and out of the kitchen in no time. Everybody loves them. They're also great with brown rice on low-carb tortillas!

1 (15 ounce) can chili with beans
1/2 cup instant rice or 1/2 cup brown rice
1 cup water
1/2 cup shredded cheese
3/4 cup salsa (optional)
10 tortillas (about)

Steps:

  • Heat chili in saucepan. Once heated, add uncooked rice and water. Stir together and let simmer over medium heat about 10-15 minutes until rice is cooked. Don't forget to stir!
  • Once cooked throughout, turn heat down. Place about 1/3 cup mixture on tortilla and top with 1-2 tablespoons shredded cheese and a few tablespoons salsa and roll up.
  • Once all burritos have been made, zap in microwave for 30-60 seconds to melt cheese and reheat.
