This is a very good, easy dish that's sure to impress. I've had great results from others when I've made this.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In large skillet, brown beef and onion then drain.
- Return meat to pan; add spaghetti sauce.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl combine mozzarella cheese and sour cream.
- Pour hot meat into an ungreased 12 x 8 inch dish.
- Spoon cheese mixture over meat.
- Unroll crescent roll dough over the top of the mixture.
- Mix parmesan cheese and butter together, then spread over the top of the dough.
- Bake 18-25 minutes or until golden brown.
ZESTY TUNA NOODLE BAKE
I started making this recipe when I was looking for a way to make a tuna casserole without condensed soup or canned veggies, and couldn't quite find the combination of ingredients I liked. After coming up with this recipe, I have never looked back! My family devours this casserole, and it always comes out creamy and tangy with the perfect amount of spiciness. Serve with extra black pepper and hot sauce and a cold beer!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, hot sauce and pepper.
- Add vegetables and tuna to sauce mixture.
- Cook macaroni until extra-firm, about 6 minutes. (Make sure your pasta water is well-seasoned and your casserole will not need any additional salt).
- Drain macaroni and mix with other ingredients.
- Pour into greased casserole dish and top with grated cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, then turn heat to 400 until cheese reaches desired crispiness.

- Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain. Stir in pasta sauce; cook until thoroughly heated.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and sour cream; mix well.
- Pour hot beef mixture into ungreased 9 1/2 or 10-inch glass deep-dish pie pan or 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish. Spoon cheese mixture over beef mixture.
- Unroll dough over cheese mixture. (If using pie pan, separate dough into 8 triangles; arrange points toward center over cheese mixture, crimping outside edges if necessary.) In small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese and butter. Spread evenly over dough.
- Bake at 375 degrees F. for 18 to 25 minutes or until deep golden brown.
