Yummy Nilla Wafer Chocolate Banana Pudding Dessert Food

CHOCOLATE BANANA PUDDING

Steps:

• In the bowl of a stand mixer or a large bowl whisk together the can of sweetened condensed milk and 1 cup cold water until combined.
• Add the pudding mix and beat with a whisk or the whisk attachment. The mixture should be smooth and all pudding ingredients dissolved.
• Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight, or up to two days ahead of serving. Make sure to allow the pudding enough time to set up.
• In a large bowl, or the bowl of a stand mixer, whip the heavy cream in a clean bowl for a few minutes (this takes about 3-4 mintues in a stand mixer) on high until the cream is stiff. Reduce speed on mixer and add 3 tabelspoons of unsweeteend cocoa. Mix again on lower speed until blended well.
• Using a rubber spatula, fold the chocolate whipped cream into the set up pudding mixture until no streaks of pudding remain. Don't beat with a mixer; gently fold mixture so the cream doesn't deflate! You may use a large whisk and whisk by hand.
• To assemble dessert, use a large glass bowl, trifle bowl, 9x13 pan or (10-20) 4-8 oz cups. If making in small individual containers, I like to use a 1/4 cup measure and place pudding in the bottom of the bowl or cup first, then layer sliced bananas and a layer of cookies, both the Nilla Wafers and Oreo Thins. Repeat and end with a little pudding mixture on top. Cover and let chill for 4-8 hours.
• When ready to serve, slice a few bananas and place an Oreo Thin, or crushed Oreo's on top of each serving if making individual portions. If making in a bowl, arrange in three layers and end with either wafers or pudding on top.

YUMMY NILLA WAFER CHOCOLATE BANANA PUDDING DESSERT

Steps:

• In a 9x7 or 9x9 pan,.
• Using milk, mix both flavors of pudding in separate bowls and set aside.
• Layer the bottom of the pan with nilla wafers - sprinkle milk on the bottom to help soften the cookies.
• Cover the nilla wafers with banana cream pudding.
• Place sliced banana's on top of pudding
• Cover banana's with whipped topping.
• Add another layer of Nilla wafers.
• Cover the nilla wafers with chocolate pudding.
• Place sliced bananas on top of pudding.
• 9. Finish off with final layer of whipped topping.
• Place in fridge for an hour - then dig in! This is even better the next day.

DIVINE BANANA CREAM NILLA WAFER TRIFLE DESSERT

Steps:

• Mix Vanilla Wafers, butter, pecans, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
• Spread on greased cookie sheet and bake in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes. Stir and bake 3-5 more minutes.
• Mix pudding, milk, and cool whip (note that you are using less milk than you would usually use for 2 pudding boxes).
• Blend sugar, cream cheese, and cool whip.
• Layer crumbly mixture, pudding, bananas, crumbly mixture, pudding, bananas. Top with creamy topping. May be layered in a trifle bowl or in individual cups for easy service at a party or brunch.

MY BEST BANANA PUDDING DESSERT

Steps:

• In a large mixing bowl beat together vanilla pudding mix and milk for 2-3 minutes until it begins to thicken. Blend in the sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and fold in the thawed Cool Whip.
• In a 13x9x2 glass dish layer the bottom with Nilla wafers, add a layer of sliced bananas over top of wafers. Pour enough pudding mixture over top of the first layer of wafers and bananas to cover,leaving some pudding for more layers.
• Repeat layers of wafers,bananas and pudding.
• End with a few wafers on top.
• Cover and chill in refrigerator for several hours.

NILLA WAFERS ORIGINAL BANANA PUDDING

Steps:

• Combine 1/2 cup sugar, flour and salt in top of double boiler.
• Stir in 4 egg yolks and milk; blend well.
• Cook, uncovered, over boiling water, stirring constantly until thickened.
• Reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
• Remove from heat; add vanilla.
• Spread small amount on bottom of 1 1/2 quart casserole; cover with layer of Nilla Wafers. Top with layer of sliced bananas.
• Pour about 1/3 of the custard over bananas. Continue to layer wafers, bananas and custard to make 3 layers each, ending with custard.
• Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry; gradually add remaining 1/4 cup sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Spoon on top of pudding, spreading to cover entire surface and sealing well to edges.
• Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes or until delicately browned.
• Cool slightly or chill.
• Just before serving, garnish with banana slices, then stand Nilla Wafers upright around edge of dish.
