3-ingredient banana flax bars, made with only mashed bananas, flaxseed meal, and creamy nut or seed butter. They taste like banana blondies and are vegan, paleo, grain-free, oil-free, added sugar-free, and only 87 calories each.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on opposite sides (for easy removal).
- In a medium bowl, stir together the banana, butter and flaxseed meal until completley blended and smooth. Taste the batter; add a pinch of salt, if needed. Let stand for 5 minutes. Spoon and spread into prepared pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 16 to 19 minutes until top appears dry and the center is firm to the touch.
- Cool completely in pan set on a wire cooling rack. Use paper overhand to remove bars to a cutting board. Cut into 16 squares or bars.
- If desired, drizzle bars with melted chocolate. Place in refrigerator to set the chocolate.

YUMMY BANANA & DIJON MUSTARD SANDWICH -- REALLY!
This is not a joke recipe, honestly I make it all the time - have done for over 10 years & find it really yummy. When you think about it, it's not all that different from the old classic PB & J..... I love to eat this in thickly sliced soft white bread, it's also tasty in fresh brioche too. You have to use a regular (smooth) Dijon though, it doesn't work with any other mustard. I have made this sandwich for friends & most have really enjoyed it & asked for it again later!

- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F Grease a standard-sized muffin pan or use liners.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, egg replacer & flaxseed meal.
- 3. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy milk, oil, vanilla, and butter pecan flavoring. Add to dry mixture carefully. Mix them together then add the banana's.
- 4. Drop tablespoon amounts of the mixture to the muffin pan. Bake at 375F for about 15 minutes (or until centers are done).
- 5. Let cool for about 10 minutes and enjoy with some awesome vegan butter!

- Preheat oven at 350°F
- Grease a 8-1/2 x 4-1/2-inch bread pan; set aside.
- Mix together flour, flaxseed meal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, beat together eggs and oil.
- Add dry ingredients and mashed bananas alternately to egg and oil mixture, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into prepared pan.
- Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter in loaf pan. Pat down firmly into batter or swirl topping into batter with knife.
- Bake 55-60 minutes.
YUMMY BANANA OATMEAL FLAX COOKIES
Very nice texture, chewy, not too sweet!! Full of fiber, Omega 3's, lignans, and potassium. Very yummy and so very good for you. My daughter loves these. These are very good made with natural sugar as well ( I use natural sugar for my daughter). 1/2 to 1 cup, depending on how sweet you like it.

- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in flax meal.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in bananas, and oats ( I like to process thick oats in the food processor for just a minute, it makes a nicer texture). I prefer not to use quick cooking oats.
