This easy Yogurt Dip is made with a few ingredients and can be put together in just 5 minutes. It is fresh, creamy and flavorful, perfect to enjoy with veggies, fries or as a topping for kebabs.

Ingredients

1 cup Yogurt (plain full-fat, can also use greek yogurt )
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Onion powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Thyme (I used dried )
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Lime juice

Steps:

Take a cup of yogurt and whisk it.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme to the yogurt.
Then add salt to taste along with a pinch of pepper. Add olive oil and lime juice. Whisk all the ingredients together until they become creamy.
Enjoy this creamy healthy yogurt dip!

1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon celery salt

Steps:

In a medium-size mixing, combine yogurt, sour cream, parsley, cilantro, green onion, and celery salt; Mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

This is so easy and quick. I made this for lunch today to go with steamed artichokes which I made with Recipe #332641. I was extremely short on time and almost canceled making the artichokes, but found this. What a great way to cook them in just minutes. And they were perfect. Now the sauce is a long time favorite which is just easy. It is wonderful on a vegetable platter, also with fried vegetables as a lighter fresh sauce, grilled asparagus as an appetizer, and of course my "chokes." What a nice light appetizer. There was 4 of us and we ate quite a bit, but I love to make the whole batch and during the week I will add some with steamed vegetables. This is also a nice condiment on soups (my favorite is pea soup), in pita pockets. So don't throw the leftover out.

32 ounces plain yogurt (I like to use greek yogurt, but everyday yogurt is just fine)
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced garlic (more or less if you like)
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped fine
salt
pepper

Steps:

Yogurt -- The best way to do this if you have time, is to put the yogurt in a piece of cheesecloth in a strainer or colander and then in a small bowl over night (wrapped with saran wrap. This allows the sour cream to drain, so the dip isn't wet or runny.
Personally, I had no time, but I did buy the greek yogurt which is a bit thicker, mixed everything together and enjoyed. Also, I have used this with just everyday yogurt and did not take the time to let it set over night and it was fine.

Ingredients

400g Greek yogurt
4 spring onions , finely sliced
1 tbsp each dill and mint, chopped
extra-virgin olive oil , for drizzling

Steps:

Tip the yogurt into a fine sieve set over a bowl, then leave to drain in the fridge for 1 hr. Discard any liquid that has drained off. Scrape into a mixing bowl, then stir in the onions and most of the herbs. When ready to serve, drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with the remaining herbs and a little black pepper.

If you grate the cucumber (which I prefer over chopping it) you need to get the excess water out of the cucumber. I wrap it in a kitchen towel and squeeze the water out until it is almost dry. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix well. I do make this dip a few hours before I am going to serve it. You can make it ahead of time and it will taste delicious but the water will start to come out of the yogurt and cucumbers so you will need to mix until it comes back together.
