Steps:

• Combine in a shaker of ice the liqueur, rum, pineapple juice and schnapps.
• Pour into a chilled martini glass and add a floater of Chambord.
• Garnish with a small orchid if available.
• Enjoy! ;).

PINEAPPLE SAPPHIRE ICEPOP MARTINI

Steps:

• To make the icepop: In a large bowl, combine the puree, water and lemon juice. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the directions for your machine to freeze the guanabana mix to the consistency of a sorbet. Once the mixture has become somewhat solid, pour the icepop mix into an ice cube tray and insert the cinnamon sticks. They will act as the handles of the icepop. Place in a freezer and freeze until solid, about 8 to 10 hours.
• To make the martini: Fill a martini shaker with ice. Pour the gin and pineapple juice into the shaker. Cover and shake for 1 minute. Place the icepop into a chilled martini glass and strain the martini over it.

X-RATED NECTAR MARTINI

Steps:

• Mix in a shaker with plenty of ice, strain into a martini glass -- and enjoy!
• If you want to get creative, try using other nectars too (mmm like mango).

FRENCH MARTINI

Steps:

• Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Fill a martini glass with ice and pour the cocktail over the ice.

APRICOT VODKA MARTINI

Steps:

• Combine vodka, apricot nectar, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Float the dried apricots in the drink and serve.

PEACH MARTINI

Steps:

• In a cocktail shaker mix all the ingredients along with the ice. Shake well and pour into a chilled martini glass.
• Garnish with a peach slice.

PEAR AND GINGER MARTINI

Steps:

• Mix pear nectar, vodka, lemon juice, and ginger juice in a large pitcher.
• Add enough ice to fill pitcher and stir to chill.
• Pour into glasses and garnish with pear slices.
