Steps:
- Spray a pie plate with cooking spray.
- Line the bottom of the plate with the chopped strawberries.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the water and pudding mix.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- When the pudding thickens, remove from the heat.
- Stir in the strawberry gelatin until thoroughly combined.
- Pour over the strawberries in the pie plate.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Cut into 8 equal slices. Serving size: 1 slice.

Steps:
- In medium saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.
- Blend together egg yolks and milk.
- Stir small amount of milk mixture into dry ingredients, making a smooth paste.
- Gradually blend in remaining milk mixture.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
- Allow to boil for one minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in Vanilla.
- Cool quickly by setting pan in bowl of ice or cold water and stirring for a few minutes.
- Arrange Strawberries in the bottom of the pie shell, reserving about 1/4 of them for garnish.
- Pour half of the custard over berries.
- Layer bananas over custard layer and top with remaining custard.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Garnish with reserved berries and whipped cream.

WW CRUSTLESS STRAWBERRY-BANANA PIE
I modified this recipe from one I got at a WW meeting. 4 points for the whole pie - 1 point per serving. It can be put in a low fat graham cracker crust but don't forget to count the points. I'M MODIFYING THIS RECIPE BECAUSE I'VE FOUND THAT I LIKE IT BETTER IF I USE A LITTLE MORE WATER AND IT'S EASIER TO SPREAD IN THE PIE PLATE IF YOU ADD THE STRAWBERRIES TO THE SAUCE BEFORE HAND. - Slice bananas into a pie plate (if the bananas are on the bottom they'll be covered and won't turn brown).
- Dissolve Jello in 1 cup of boiling water, dissolve pudding mix in 1/2 cup hot (not boiling) water. Combine jello and pudding and microwave on high for 2 minutes. ADD STRAWBERRIES TO SAUCE GENTLY STIR UNTIL FULLY COATED, POUR OVER BANANAS.
- Chill for 4 hours.
- Serve with a dollop of FF Cool Whip.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees; spray a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, butter and water with a fork.
- Press into the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate. Bake until firm, 3-5 minutes; cool.
- In another medium bowl, toss the bananas with the lime juice; reserve 1 cup. Arrange the remaining bananas over the crust.
- In a small saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water; let stand 2 minutes. Add the sugar; cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture boils and the gelatin and sugar dissolve, 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from the heat; whisk in the yogurt and vanilla.
- Pour into the pie plate. Arrange the reserved bananas over the pie; sprinkle with lime zest.
- Refrigerate, covered with plastic wrap, until chilled, 2-3 hours.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Press the prepared pie crust into a 9 inch pie pan and set aside.
- Combine the butter, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and nuts in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse the mixture until it has the texture of oatmeal. Refrigerate this crumble topping until ready to use.

My sister-in-law just gave me this recipe from a friend of hers. She does Weight Watchers and I have just joined myself. Her friend told her she made eight pies one week! I am told that a whole pie is 4 points. I have made it crustless and also put it into a reduced fat graham cracker crust. You must adjust points for the latter. This is so easy and so tasty. I hope you enjoy! Don't forget the fat free, sugar free Cool Whip. I am also diabetic, so I added that to the title as well.
