Steps:
- Spray the basket of a 3.5-quart air fryer with cooking spray and set aside. Pat the chicken wings dry and sprinkle generously with salt. Place the wings in the fryer basket so they are not touching (if necessary to fit, line up the drumettes standing upright along the sides). Set the air fryer to 360 degrees F and cook for 12 minutes, then flip the wings with tongs and cook for 12 minutes more. Flip the wings again, increase the heat to 390 degrees F and cook until the outsides are extra-crispy, about 6 minutes more.
- Meanwhile, warm the butter in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave until melted, about 1 minute. Whisk in the hot sauce.
- Toss the wings with the butter mixture to coat in a large bowl and serve with dressing on the side.

Steps:
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut the chicken wings into dummies and small wings, and place into a plastic storage bag. Add olive oil and seal the bag, tossing until the wings are all fully covered.
- Place the wings in a single layer in the prepared air fryer basket and cook for 18 minutes. Toss the wings every six minutes. After 18 minutes, increase the temperature of the air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit for an additional 2 minute cook time, for a total cook time of 20 minutes.
- While the wings are cooking, add the remaining ingredients to a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat and allow the sauce to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove the sauce from the heat and cover to keep warm.
- When the wings are cooked, add them to a medium sized mixing bowl and cover in the wing sauce, tossing to cover completely.
- Add the wings to a serving tray and cover with the toasted sesame seeds just before serving.

Steps:
- For the sauce: In a medium sauce pan, cook over medium heat the olive oil and garlic to slightly soften; do not let it brown. Add the honey, soya sauce and black pepper. Continue to cook over medium heat and simmer sauce for 5-10 minutes, watching carefully as it simmers because it can foam up and overflow. Remove from heat and allow to cool thoroughly; set aside.
- The coating: Mix together the 'coating mixture'; set aside.
- The wash: In a seperate bowl, whisk together the slightly beaten eggs and cold water.
- Wash and pat dry the wing sections. Dip the wing pieces into the egg wash and then toss into the flour mixture to evenly coat.
- Drop the coated wings into a preheated 350 degree F deep fryer, filled with vegetable oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 15-20 min depending on the size of the wing pieces. While still hot out of the oil, toss the wing pieces in a large bowl with some of the honey garlic sauce.

Steps:
- Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees F for 5 minutes.
- Add raw chicken wings to air fryer basket (tight in a single layer but not stacked on top of each other), close and cook at 380 degrees F for 25 minutes, shaking once at half time mark. If necessary, cook in batches.
- While chicken wings are cooking, prep your favorite seasoning from above options: salt and pepper, lemon pepper, buffalo and blue cheese dip, BBQ or honey garlic.
- Remove chicken wings into a large bowl, add seasonings of choice and toss to coat. All 5 flavors have ingredients added to a bowl with cooked plain chicken wings, except for Buffalo ones it's only the hot sauce that goes in a bowl, and then you make blue cheese dipping sauce separately in another small bowl.
- Serve immediately while hot and crispy.

HONEY'S SPICY HONEY WINGS
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick aluminum foil.
- To prepare chicken wings, cut off wing tips at the joint and discard the tips or reserve for another use. In a large bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, Essence, salt, and white pepper. Dredge the wings in the flour mixture, shaking off the excess and let set on a plate.
- In a large, deep-sided pot, heat several inches of vegetable oil to 350 degrees F. When the oil is heated, dredge the wings a second time, again shaking off the excess.
- Deep-fry the wings until crispy and golden brown, about 12 minutes. While wings are frying, mix the hot sauce, honey, and brown sugar in a large bowl until mixture is smooth. Remove the wings from the oil, pat dry and then dip in the hot sauce mixture to coat. Lay the wings on the baking sheet. Bake coated wings until the sauce is dry, about 12 minutes. Serve hot with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
- Combine all ingredients thoroughly.

Steps:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice and zest, tamari, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, scallions, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Reserve 3/4 cup of the marinade for later use. Pour the remaining marinade into a 2-gallon ziptop bag. Add the chicken and seal the bag, pressing out as much air as possible; massage to distribute the marinade. Marinate, refrigerated, for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
- Remove the chicken wings from the refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Put the wings skin-side down on the baking sheet and spoon the marinade from the bag over the wings. Cook for 20 minutes, then flip the wings, baste with the pan drippings, rotate the pan and cook until the honey has caramelized and the skin is a dark amber, an additional 20 to 25 minutes.
- Pour the reserved 3/4 cup marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook until the liquid is thick and syrupy and turns into a glaze, about 4 minutes. Coat the wings with the thickened marinade. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with lime zest.
