APPLE BREAD RECIPE

Steps:

• Add all the ingredients except the apples in a bowl. Add the mixture into the pan of the bread machine.
• Select the required "dough cycle" and push start. Check the dough after 5 minutes.
• Add the apple pieces 5 to 10 minutes before the ending of the last kneading cycle.

APPLE OATMEAL BREAD (BREAD MACHINE)

Steps:

• Place all ingredients except for the raisins, in the order recommended by bread maker manufacturer.
• Select the "Basic" or "White" cycle and press start.
• Add in raisins at the "add in beep".
• Remove bread from machine/pan immediately when done, cool bread completely on rack before slicing.

WHOLE WHEAT APPLESAUCE LOAF (BREAD MACHINE)

Steps:

• Measure all ingredients except raisins into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
• Insert pan into the oven chamber.
• Select Whole Wheat Cycle; press start.
• Add the raisins at the "add ingredient" signal.
• When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack.
• Let cool to room temperature before slicing.
• **If your bread machine does not have an "add ingredient" signal on the Whole Wheat Cycle, add the raisins on top of the flour--or check the manufacturer's directions for use--then set a timer for 5 minutes before the end of the second long knead.
