CHEEZ WHIZ FUN-DIP
Have something fun and easy tonight! Cheese dip and sour cream are microwaved until warm and served with an assortment of dippers for family-pleasing fun. It's not a fun dip unless it's a CHEEZ WHIZ Fun-Dip.

Steps:
- Mix CHEEZ WHIZ and sour cream in 1-quart microwavable bowl until well blended.
- Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Serve warm with assorted cut-up vegetables, pretzels or soft breadsticks.

BANG FOR YOUR BUCK SPAGHETTI SQUASH
Actually learned this by accident when I forgot to take the spaghetti squash out of the oven. It significantly increases the amount of spaghetti squash I am able to get out of each squash.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Wash and remove stickers from spaghetti squash.
- Cut the squash in half. (Be careful spaghetti squash can be very hard)
- Remove seeds from the middle of each half.
- Put water in pan large enough to hold the 2 halves of the squash inside facing down. I usually use 8x11.
- Place squash in pan inside facing down.
- Bake for 1 - 2 hours depending on size of squash. When squash is ready the top of the squash skin should be browned and slightly brittle. When you touch the top of the squash with a fork the skin should give little resistance.
- After you remove from oven let cool for 10 - 20 minutes.
- When cool pierce top of spaghetti squash skin with fork and peel away. All of the skin should easily peel away from the squash's interior. (Make sure and watch out for steam)
- After skin is peeled move halves to bowl and shred with 2 forks until it has a spaghetti like consistency.

- Brown ground beef, and cook on low heat for 10 minutes breaking up large chunks.
- Transfer to slow cooker.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 1 hour, stir to mix well.
- Serve with tortilla chips.

If you live in Philadelphia, or have visited, you have probably gone to the famous Pat's or Geno's Steaks. When you order, you have to order a 'Whiz Wit' or a 'Whiz Wit-out.' This means a cheese steak with Cheeze Whiz® and with or without fried onions. This is a cheese steak in a dip. Perfect for tailgating or football games and is best served in a slow cooker with cut-up hoagie/sub rolls. Enjoy!

- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; cook and stir onion in the hot oil until tender, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove onion from skillet to a bowl with a slotted spoon, leaving oil in skillet. Cook and stir steak in the same skillet over medium-high heat until browned and liquid has evaporated, 5 to 10 minutes.

- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausage and cook, stirring frequently, until cooked. Drain off any excess grease and set the sausage aside. In the crock pot, combine the Velveeta and salsa. Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 1 hour or until the cheese is melted (stir after 1 hour). Stir in the cooked sausage and mix well. Serve the dip warm with tortilla chips.
