White Chocolate Wasabi Cocktail Food

WHITE LADY

Steps:

• Tip the gin, triple sec, lemon juice, sugar syrup, egg white (if using) and ice into a cocktail shaker. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels very cold, then strain the mixture. Discard the ice, then return the drink to the shaker and shake again until the egg white is frothy.
• Pour into a coupe glass and garnish with a twist of lemon zest to serve.

WHITE CHOCOLATE WASABI COCKTAIL

Steps:

• crush Wasabi World Peas in medium bowl.
• Dip cocktail glass rim into melted white chocolate.
• place rim of glass into bowl of crushed wasabi peas until it's evenly coated.
• place prepared glass into the freezer.
• In a shaker, combine vodka, liquor and ice.
• shake well.
• Pour into previously prepared glasses.

WASABI COCKTAIL SAUCE

Steps:

• Whisk 1 cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons horseradish, 1 tablespoon each soy sauce and rice wine vinegar and 2 teaspoons wasabi paste in a bowl until smooth. Serve with cooked shrimp.

WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE

Steps:

• Pour boiling water from the kettle into a heatproof mug or glass to warm it up. Heat the milk in a small pan, or in blasts in the microwave, until steaming. Pour the hot water out the mug, and tip in the chocolate and vanilla. Pour over the hot milk and stir for 30 seconds until the chocolate has melted. Top with the cream, marshmallows and drizzle over the sauce with a pinch of sprinkles and cinnamon, if you like.
