Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients. Add beef; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into eight 1/2-in.-thick patties., On a greased grill, cook burgers, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from heat 4-5 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160°. Serve burgers on rolls with toppings as desired. Freeze option: Place patties on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet; wrap and freeze until firm. Remove from pan and transfer to an airtight container; return to freezer. To use, grill frozen patties as directed, increasing time as necessary for a thermometer to read 160°.

Steps:
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat; lightly oil the grate.
- Combine the ground beef, beer, Worcestershire sauce, whiskey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl; mix until evenly combined. Shape the mixture into 6 patties.
- Cook on the preheated grill until the burgers are cooked to your desired degree of doneness, 5 to 8 minutes per side for well done. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

WHISKEY CHEDDAR HAMBURGERS

Steps:
- Heat a large skillet on medium temperature.
- Combine the ground beef, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Separate ground beef into 4 thin (about 1/2 inch thick) hamburger patties.
- Arrange hamburger patties in the skillet, leaving about an inch of space between each burger. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Flip hamburger patties and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from skillet.
- Add the butter and barbecue sauce to the remaining beef juices in the skillet. Stir to combine. Continue cooking until the butter melts. Remove pan from the heat.
- Add whiskey and stir to combine. Return the skillet to the heat. Sprinkle 1 cup cheddar cheese into the sauce and stir until cheese melts. Return burgers to the sauce and cook until bubbling.
- Place hamburger patties on bulkie rolls or hoagie rolls. Sprinkle each burger with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Serve Whiskey Cheddar Hamburgers with dill pickles and your favorite burger toppings.
ZESTY CHIPOTLE CHEDDAR BURGERS
These spicy, grilled beef burgers are served on toasted buns with chipotle Cheddar cheese.

- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Make drainage holes in a sheet of Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil with a grilling fork; set aside.
- Combine ground beef, 1 cup salsa, 1/2 cup tortilla chips, 1/2 cup green onions, garlic salt and chili powder in large bowl until well blended. Shape beef mixture into 8 burgers, 4 inches in diameter and 1/2inch thick.
- Place foil sheet on grill grate with nonstick (dull) side facing up. Immediately place burgers on foil.
- Grill burgers uncovered, 5 minutes each side or until no longer pink in center. Grill or lightly toast hamburger buns. Top burgers with 1 slice cheese before removing from grill let melt. Place burgers on buns. Top with remaining salsa, tortilla chips and green onions.
