Whipped coffee (or Dalgona coffee) is a popular drink made with instant coffee, sugar, and water. It's so easy to prepare and looks impressive, too.

Steps:
- Combine 2 tablespoons of water, instant coffee, and sugar in a medium bowl. Using a large whisk or a hand blender, whisk until the mixture is light in color and holds a firm peak, 3 to 4 minutes.
- Put a few ice cubes in a tall glass, then add the milk. Dollop coffee mixture over the milk to fill the glass. For best results, stir with a tall spoon or reusable straw.
COFFEE WHIPPED CREAM
Steps:
- Place very clean glass or metal bowl and metal whisk in freezer just until cold, about 5 minutes.
- When everything is cold, place cream in bowl and begin to whisk until it froths up and starts to thicken, about 1 minute. Whisk vigorously until soft peaks form (the cream will hold a point when the whisk is lifted but will fall back into the bowl almost immediately), about 1 minute.
- Add the liqueur and whisk until stiff peaks just form (the cream stays put on the whisk when it is lifted from the bowl), about 1 minute. Store covered in refrigerator until ready to use.

WHIPPED COFFEE RECIPE
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Add the instant coffee, sugar and hot or boiling water to large liquid measuring cup. Whip with an electric hand mixer or immersion blender for about 5 to 7 minutes or until the mixture is completely fluffy and has lightened in color. We used one beater on the hand mixer so it would fit into the measuring cup well. Whisk in the vanilla at the end if you are adding.
- Divide the milk amongst two glasses and top with ice.
- Split the whipped coffee over the top of each glass and serve immediately.
