CRANBERRY MARSHMALLOW FLUFF



Cranberry Marshmallow Fluff image

This delicious low point WW dessert is perfect for the holidays... or any time of year!

Provided by Smiley

Number Of Ingredients 8

10 tablespoons of lite cool whip
½ bag Whole cranberries 1 bag is approx. 12 ounces or 3 cups
1 tbs sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
1 serving Lilly's dark chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ can crushed pineapple strained about 10 ounces
1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
20 miniature marshmallow (1 ounce)

Steps:

  • Cook cranberries in water until they pop (about 10 minutes)
  • Strain the cranberries
  • Mix all ingredients together Add more pineapple if desired.
  • Stir until well combined Enjoy

1 ounce fat-free sugar-free vanilla pudding
21 ounces light cranberry sauce

Steps:

  • mix coll whip with the dry pudding mix.
  • Fold in the cranberry sauce and chill.
  • note servings are a guess.

Move over ambrosia salad: This sweet and tangy Thanksgiving side dish -- a Midwestern classic -- is as delicious as it is festive looking. It can also be whipped up in a matter of minutes, a boon for any holiday host.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
3 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup halved red grapes
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 sweet, crisp apple, such as such as Honeycrisp or Pink Lady, cut into small dice
1/2 cup whipped cream or prepared whipped topping

Steps:

  • Pulse the cranberries and sugar in a food processor until the cranberries are finely minced, about 8 times. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in the marshmallows. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until well chilled, at least 4 hours and up to 12.
  • When ready to serve, stir in the grapes, walnuts and apple, then fold in the whipped cream until completely combined.

1 8oz container of lite cool whip
1 1oz container of sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
2 c. raw cranberries, chopped
1 1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple
1 cup miniature marshmallow

Steps:

  • Combine chopped cranberries and pineapple and let stand 1/2 hour. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Refrigerate and allow to stand overnight for flavors to develop.
  • Makes about 10-12 servings, serving size: 1/2 cup.

I have collected several weight watcher "Fluff" recipes over the years. I am posting here in hopes others will enjoy them as much as I have. I think they will help those trying to lose weight deal with those sweet cravings we all get from now and then.

2 (1 ounce) boxes of jello sugar-free instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
8 ounces fat-free cool whip
1 1/3 cups water
16 ounces pumpkin puree

Steps:

  • Combine a pumpkin, pudding mixes and water very well. Using a mixer or whisk makes a better texture. Add cool whip and chill.
  • Note: The whole thing is 11 weight watcher points Estimated points 1.5 per serving.

  • Pour the jelly/jello crystals or powder into a jug and add the boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Once dissolved add the cold water and set aside to cool for 5 minutes.
  • Pour the yogurt into the bowl of your stand mixer (or if you are using a handheld mixer, into a large bowl). Whisk for 2 - 3 minutes until lots of bubbles are starting to form on the top. Slowly pour the jelly/jello mixture in a steady stream into the yogurt whilst continuing to whisk. Whisk for a further 5 - 10 minutes until the mixture has increased in volume and is light and bubbly.
  • Spoon the mixture into individual ramekins. If you are wanting to turn out the fluff (as in the photograph) coat the inside of individual pudding bowls with a very thin layer of spray oil before spooning the mixture in.
  • Place in the fridge to chill for at least 2 hours until the fluff has set. If you are turning out the fluff, run the tip of a knife around the edge of the pudding bowls before turning out on to a plate. Serve with sliced strawberries.
