Watermelon Vodka Spritzer Food

WATERMELON VODKA SPRITZER

Steps:

• Muddle watermelon in a cocktail shaker. Add vodka, agave nectar, and 1/4 cup ice. Shake for 20 seconds.
• Strain over a collins glass filled with ice. Top with club soda.

WATERMELON VODKA SPRITZER

Steps:

• Combine the watermelon, vodka, lime juice and salt in a blender. Puree until smooth.
• Add seltzer water.
• Garnish with mint (or blend the mint directly into the drink).

WATERMELON AND MINT SPRITZ FOR KIDS

Steps:

• Add 5 cups of the watermelon cubes (save 1 cup for garnish) to a blender with the lime juice and puree until smooth. Pour into a large measuring cup. Add the Simple Syrup and mint leaves to the blender and puree until the mint leaves turn into green flecks.
• Add ice to 6 glasses and then fill each glass about half full with the watermelon juice. Add a splash of the mint simple syrup to each glass. Top with sparkling water.
• On each skewer, alternate the remaining watermelon cubes and mint leaves. Garnish each drink with a skewer.
• Combine the sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and let cool completely. Keep covered in the refrigerator up to 1 month.

SKINNY WATERMELON VODKA SPRITZER

Steps:

• Add 4 cubes of into a cocktail mixing glass, add organic Stevia, vodka, La Croix Kiwi Watermelon sparkling water.
• Using a long-handled bar spoon vigorously stir ingredients for 30-seconds
• Strain into a Mojito-style glass filled with ice and three rounds of watermelon.
• Garnish with fresh mint and 3 rounds of watermelon on a cocktail stick. Serve

WATERMELON SPRITZER

Steps:

• Place watermelon in a blender. Cover and process until blended. Strain and discard pulp; transfer juice to a pitcher. Stir in limeade concentrate. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight., Just before serving, stir in carbonated water. Garnish servings with lime slices.

WATERMELON VODKA SPARKLER

Steps:

• In a blender or food processor, puree the watermelon. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve and discard solids. In a medium bowl, a pitcher, or a medium-size mason jar, stir together the watermelon juice, lime juice, and sugar. Taste and add additional sugar if you'd like and depending on the sweetness of your watermelon; you want it to be fairly sweet, but still refreshing. Add vodka and mint leaves. Cover with plastic wrap or an airtight lid and refrigerate for at least two hours and up to 24 hours.
• Remove mint leaves. Fill four glasses with ice and fill halfway with watermelon mixture. Top off with club soda. Serve with a straw.
