I Do Not Drink Wine My Self But This I Think I Will Try It.A Lot Of My Friends On J.A.P. Has Ask Me To Post Some Of Wine's On Here So Here Is one,Hope You Will All Like It. Time To Make A Long Time Around 5 Months.

Steps:
- extract the juice from watermelon and peaches,saving pulp.
- boil pulp in one quart water for1/2 hour then strain and add water to extracted juice.
- allow too cool to lukewarm then add all ingredients except yeast to primary for a total of one gallon.
- cover well with cloth and add yeast after 24 hours.
- stir daily for 1 week and strain off raisins.
- let stand additional 24 hours and rack.
- pour into secondary fermentation vessel,fit airlock,and set aside for 4 weeks.
- rack and set aside another 4 weeks,then rack again.
- allow to clear, then rack final time and bottle.
- allow 2 to 4 months before tasting.

Leave All Of The Sediment On The Bottom Of The Original Container.And You Will Do This Again. The Contents Will Fall And This Is The Only Way To Get The Liquid Clear And Not Has " Things" In It. PEACH SCHNAPPS AND VODKA PLUGGED WATERMELON

Steps:
- Stand the watermelon on end in a bowl, stem end up, and cut a 3 inch diameter plug out around the stem like a Jack-o'-lantern lid. Remove the plug, scoop out about 2 inches of flesh, and pour out any excess liquid. With a long skewer pierce the flesh inside to the bottom in all directions without penetrating the rind and pour out any excess liquid.
- Pour equal amounts of peach schnapps and vodka into the watermelon gradually until it cannot absorb any more and replace the plug.
- Refrigerate watermelon on its end, plug end up, for at least 15 hours and up to 2 days.
- Serve the watermelon cut into wedges.

- Slice up watermelon, discarding rind. Chop watermelon flesh into 1″ cubes, placing into a large pot. Once all watermelon flesh and juice is collected in the pot, heat over medium, stirring and mashing frequently, until watermelon flesh has broken down into liquid. Remove from heat.
- Measure about 3.5 L / 14-15 cups / 120 oz of juice, reserve any remaining – you can drink it straight, or make cocktails from it! In large pot, combine measured watermelon juice (straining the seeds out as you measure!) with the sugar. Heat to almost boiling, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, cover with sanitized pot lid.
