1/3 cup fresh watermelon juice
1 ounce simple syrup
1 ounce fresh-squeezed lime juice ((from about 1 whole lime))
1 ounce citrus vodka
1/2 ounce orange liqueur

Steps:

  • Add watermelon juice, simple syrup, lime juice, vodka, and orange liqueur to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Add the lid and shake vigorously for 30-45 seconds.
  • Strain into a martini glass, serve, and enjoy!

4 cups cubed seeded watermelon
1 cup lemon vodka
8 tablespoons lime juice
¼ cup triple sec
1 cup ice as needed

Steps:

  • Puree watermelon chunks in the bowl of an electric blender or food processor. Pour into a pitcher and place in the freezer until slushy, 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Pour 1/2 cup watermelon puree into a cocktail shaker. Add 1/8 cup lemon vodka, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1/2 tablespoon triple sec, and several ice cubes. Shake until chilled. Pour into a martini glass. Repeat to make 7 more martinis.

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Ice
1 bottle sparkling water
4 ounces citrus vodka, optional

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan combine the sugar with 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then remove from the heat and let cool.
  • In a blender add the watermelon, 2 tablespoons of the sugar syrup and the lemon juice and puree until smooth. Strain through fine mesh sieve into a bowl and discard the pulp.
  • Fill a pitcher with ice, add the watermelon mixture and stir until chilled. Pour into chilled martini glasses and top with seltzer. Add vodka, if desired.

1 cup watermelon juice
¼ cup vodka
¼ cup watermelon schnapps
2 tablespoons simple syrup
1 lime, juiced

Steps:

  • Combine some salt and sugar in a small bowl, and pour onto a small, shallow plate. Moisten the rims of 2 glasses with a piece of watermelon, and dip the moistened glass rims into the salt and sugar mixture; set aside.
  • Pour the watermelon juice, vodka, watermelon schnapps, simple syrup, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into the prepared glasses.

1 seedless watermelon, cut into cubes
1 cup coconut sugar
½ cup water
3 fluid ounces vodka
1 splash fresh lime juice
1 cup ice cubes, or as needed
1 tablespoon chili-lime seasoning (such as Tajin®)

Steps:

  • Set aside a few watermelon chunks for garnish and pass remaining watermelon pieces through a juicer. Measure out 1/2 cup and 3 ounces of watermelon juice separately. Reserve remaining watermelon juice for a different use.
  • Combine 1/2 cup fresh watermelon juice, sugar, and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and allow watermelon-infused simple syrup to cool, about 30 minutes.
  • Combine vodka, 3 ounces watermelon juice, 1 ounce watermelon-infused simple syrup, and fresh lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice and shake well.
  • Place Tajin® seasoning on a saucer. Wet the rim of your glasses with the lime you just squeezed and roll the rim in Tajin® seasoning. Pour cocktail into the cups and garnish with watermelon chunks.
