Watermelon Feta Bites Recipe - These Watermelon Feta Appetizer Bites make a perfect appetizer for summer! Made with watermelon, feta, and topped with a balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

2 cups cubed watermelon
1 (10-ounce package) Feta cheese, cut into cubes
balsamic glaze

Steps:

Assemble watermelon feta appetizer bites by layering a cube of watermelon, then feta cheese, and then topping it with another cube of watermelon onto a cocktail skewer or toothpick.
If making ahead of time, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until about 15-25 minutes before serving.
Just before serving, drizzle with balsamic glaze.

3 cups cubed seeded watermelon
1/2 cup coarsely crumbled feta cheese
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon shredded of fresh mint
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

Place watermelon in serving dish.
Sprinkle with feta.
Drizzle with oil.
Sprinkle with pepper and mint.
Spear with toothpicks to serve.

I made this recipe for a get together and everyone loved it! The flavors go so well together. This recipe is perfect for a summer get together. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1/2 large watermelon
1 package(s) feta cheese, in block form
1 package(s) prosciutto
few sprig(s) basil, fresh
- balsamic vinegar, to taste

Steps:

Cut watermelon into mini bite sized chunks.
Carefully cut feta into smaller bite sized chunks and layer on top of the watermelon.
Fold palm sized pieces (or desired amount) of prosciutto on top of the feta.
Add a small basil leaf to the top of each stack and skewer with a toothpick.
Place bites on a plate that has been drizzled with balsamic vinegar.
Optional: Add a dab of honey in between the watermelon, feta and prosciutto stacks. Enjoy!
