Warm Venison And Cheese Dip Food

WARM VENISON AND CHEESE DIP

Steps:

• Cook the venison thoroughly in large skillet with the chopped onions and peppers, saving some peppers for garnish. Drain. Transfer meat into large sauce pan. Stir in the other remaining ingredients. Cook on low-medium heat on stove top until melted (about 15-20 minutes). Place the cheese dip mixture in a serving bowl. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese and remaining peppers and onions. Serve warm with slices of baguette bread and/or tortilla chips. Great hit at a Super Bowl party!

BEST CHEESE DIP

Steps:

• Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble sausage and ground beef into the skillet; add the onion. Cook and stir the beef mixture until the meat is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Drain and discard any excess grease. Pour into a slow cooker.
• Layer cheese food cubes atop meat mixture.
• Blend diced tomatoes with green chile peppers in a blender until smooth; pour over the cheese cubes along with the cream of mushroom soup. Stir the mixture.
• Cook on High, stirring occasionally until the cheese is completely melted, about 90 minutes.

VENISON CHEESE DIP

Steps:

• In a large skillet over medium heat, cook venison, 1/2 cup onion and 1/2 cup green pepper in oil until meat is no longer pink; drain.
• Stir in next six ingredients; cook until the cheese is melted.
• Transfer to a serving dish.
• Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, remaining onion and pepper.
• Serve with nacho chips.

HOT BEEF AND CHEESE DIP

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350 degrees.
• Combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk, blend well. Add dried beef, green onions, green pepper, pimiento and pepper, mix well.
• Put in oven safe dish, sprinkle with pecans.
• Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
• This is great served with crusty bread.
