Steps:
- Muddle the grapes in a pitcher, using a muddler or wooden spoon. Add the apple cider, gin, lemon juice, ginger liqueur and orange bitters. Cover and chill for 1 to 24 hours.
- Serve in glasses over ice, garnished with an apple slice and topped off with hard cider.

Steps:
- Combine the coarse sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with the lemon wedge, then dip the rim in the cinnamon sugar.
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add the Cointreau, vodka, apple cider, cranberry juice cocktail and lemon juice and shake well. Strain into the prepared cocktail glass.
