I came up with this smoothie when I was trying to incorporate more spinach into my diet because it so healthy for you. With the berries, you can hardly taste the spinach.

1 cup acai juice
½ cup blueberries
2 tablespoons light sour cream

  • Add spinach leaves to a blender and finely chop. Add berry juice, blueberries, sour cream, sugar, blackberries, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
