VANILLA-SPICE MONKEY BREAD

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Cut biscuits into quarters. Mix butter and sugar until blended; set aside. Combine dry pudding mix and cinnamon until blended.
- Drizzle 2 Tbsp. of the sugar mixture onto bottom of 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Layer 1/3 of the biscuit pieces, sugar mixture and pudding mixture in pan; repeat layers twice.
- Bake 25 min. or until golden brown. Let stand 5 min. Invert bread onto plate; remove pan. Serve bread warm.

AMAZING MONKEY BREAD
This recipe is a big treat, and I often make it at our lake house when we takes guests there. Use the maximum amount of brown sugar listed and all of the pudding package for a sweeter dish. The corn syrup makes it gooey! Make sure you plan ahead - this recipe needs to sit overnight.

- Arrange dinner roll dough in a grease tube pan.
- Heat butter and brown sugar in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until sugar is dissolved about 5 minutes; pour over rolls. Sprinkle with pecans and pudding mix. Mix white sugar and cinnamon in a bowl; sprinkle over pudding mix. Pour corn syrup evenly over cinnamon mixture. Cover tube pan with a sheet of greased aluminum foil and allow dough to rise overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Move rack to the lower half of the oven.
- Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes. Allow bread to rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Invert pan onto a baking sheet or large plate to serve.

- Line a 5-qt. slow cooker with a piece of aluminum foil, letting ends extend up the sides. Grease foil., Combine the sugars, cinnamon and allspice in a large bowl; sprinkle 3 tablespoons sugar mixture in bottom of prepared slow cooker. Add biscuit pieces to bowl; toss to coat. Transfer coated biscuits to slow cooker; sprinkle any remaining sugar mixture over biscuits. , Stir together butter, apple juice and extracts; pour over biscuits. , Cook, covered, on low 2-1/2 to 3 hours. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a fluted tube pan (such as Bundt®).
- Combine 7 tablespoons brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves, and pepper in a large bowl. Add biscuits; coat liberally with sugar-spice mixture.

A very easy recipe. Prepare it the night before. Let it rise overnight and bake in the morning for 30 minutes.

- Butter tube pan.
- Add nuts and raisins as preferred to bottom of tube pan.
- Open package of frozen rolls and add cinnamon and white sugar.
- Shake package to coat rolls.
- Empty package of rolls into tube pan.
- Spread evenly in tube pan.
- Sprinkle vanilla pudding on top of coated rolls.
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top of vanilla pudding.
- Drizzle butter over brown sugar.
- Place in cold oven over night and let rise.
- Preheat oven 350°F.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from oven.

- To the bowl of a stand mixer, add yeast and warm water and agitate. Let sit ten minutes until mixture is bubbly. In a saucepan, melt 1/3 cup (80 milliliters) butter with the milk. Remove from heat and let cool. Pour into bowl with yeast mixture and mix. Add eggs and whisk in. Add 1/3 cup (80 milliliters) sugar and mix in. Slowly add flour with the dough hook running. Stop adding flour when dough is tacky. Cover and let rise one hour, or until doubled. Melt the remaining butter in a saucepan. In a small bowl, mix together remaining sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Pull off small pieces of dough and roll into a ball. Repeat until dough has been used up. When all dough balls have been formed, dip each one in the melted butter, then in the sugar mixture, and place in a buttered Bundt pan. Cover and let rise about 40 minutes. Bake at 350 F (180 C) for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool until just warm. Flip over onto a platter.
- To make the glaze, mix together melted butter, icing sugar, milk, and vanilla. Pour glaze over top of monkey bread. Let cool slightly.
