VAMPIRE COCKTAIL WITH LICORICE SPIDER GARNISH
This vampire cocktail is fruity and fun. Top it off with a licorice spider garnish to put your guests in a spooky mood.

Steps:
- Moisten the glass rim and dip into the black sanding sugar.
- Pull the licorice from the wheel in strips.
- Cut the strips into 8 pieces - 4 inch long. Cut an additional strip 6 inches long.
- Lay the strips out four on each side and overlap the join.
- Wrap the 6 inch piece around the join to make a body.
- Place a dab of frosting on the back of each edible eye.
- Attach the eyes to the spider body.
- Fill a cocktail shaker 1/2 full with ice.
- Pour in the vodka, cranberry juice and ginger ale.
- Shake well and pour into a martini glass with a black rim.
- Position the spider legs over the edges of the glass rim.

Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Rim a cocktail glass with red sugar: Wet the rim by dipping it in a shallow dish of raspberry liqueur then roll it in red sugar until evenly coated.
- Pour the vodka and half of the raspberry liqueur into the glass.
- Top with Champagne.
- Pour the remaining Chambord over the back of a spoon so it floats on top of the drink . Serve and enjoy.

- Chill a martini or cocktail glass. Pour the raspberry liqueur and vodka into a cocktail shaker and add a handful of ice and the raspberries.
- Shake until the outside of the shaker feels very cold. If using the coloured sugar, dip the rim of your chilled glass into cold water, then into the sugar.
- Fine-strain the cocktail into your prepared glass and top with the champagne.

- Syrup: Bring agave, pomegranate juice, and beet to a boil in a saucepan. Strain, then return mixture to pan and bring to a boil. Cook over medium-high heat until syrup has reduced to 3/4 cup, 5 minutes. Let cool completely. Syrup yields enough for 8 and can be refrigerated up to 1 month.
- Cocktail: Pour vodka and both juices over ice. Sweeten with syrup to taste.

Here's what you need: cinnamon flavored whiskey, red cinnamon candy, corn syrup, red gel food coloring, red sanding sugar, ice, orange juice, ginger ale

Steps:
- In a medium glass bowl, combine the cinnamon whiskey and red cinnamon candies. Set aside for 30-60 minutes. Strain the cinnamon candy solids from the whiskey and discard.
- In a small bowl, combine the corn syrup and red gel food coloring and mix well.
- Scoop about ½-1 teaspoon of the red corn syrup onto the edge of a spoon. Carefully work the spoon around the rim of a glass, allowing some of the syrup to drip down the outside of the glass.
- Carefully sprinkle the red sanding sugar over the corn syrup for a sparkling effect.
- Add 1 cup (150 g) of ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour in 3 tbsp of the infused whiskey and the orange juice and shake to combine.
- Add the remaining cup of ice to the glass. Strain the cocktail over the ice and top with the ginger ale.
- Enjoy!
