3 (20 oz) cans crushed pineapple (drained)
4 (15 oz) cans mandarin oranges (drained)
1 (8 oz) container of Cool Whip
1 (8 oz) container of sour cream
1 (10.5 oz) package miniature marshmallows
3/4 cup shredded coconut (or to taste)

Steps:

Mix pineapple, mandarin oranges, Cool Whip, sour cream, marshmallows, and shredded coconut together in a bowl.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until flavors blend. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Tastes even better when chilled overnight.

1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon sugar
4 ounces sour cream
6 ounces homemade mini marshmallows, approximately 3 cups
1 cup clementine orange segments, approximately 6 clementines
1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
1 cup freshly grated coconut
1 cup toasted, chopped pecans
1/2 cup drained maraschino cherries

Steps:

Place the cream and sugar into the bowl of a stand mixer with the whisk attachment and whip until stiff peaks are formed. Add the sour cream and whisk to combine. Add the marshmallows, orange, pineapple, coconut, pecans and cherries and stir to combine. Transfer to a glass serving bowl, cover and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

Chop the apple, pears, and kiwi fruits into bite-sized pieces and add them to the bowl. Stir the fruit pieces together.
Rinse any dirt of the jicama and use a vegetable peeler to peel off the skin. Chop the jicama into bite-sized chunks and add to the bowl. Stir one more time to combine.
Juice the lime and pour the juice over the fruit. Sprinkle the coconut on top and stir well to combine.
