PEANUT BUTTER-CHOCOLATE NO-BAKE COOKIES
What could be better than an indulgent dessert made from ingredients you have sitting in your pantry and that never needs to go into the oven? These cookies take just minutes of work; most of the time is spent waiting for them to harden into the rich, nutty, chocolaty delights that they are.

Steps:
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment.
- Bring the sugar, milk, butter and cocoa to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, then let boil for 1 minute. Remove from the heat. Add the oats, peanut butter, vanilla and salt, and stir to combine.
- Drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, and let sit at room temperature until cooled and hardened, about 30 minutes. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
UNBAKED COOKIES
A very uninspired name, that's for sure, but I bet you'll remember them anyway once you've tried them! A recipe from 'The Mennonite Treasury of Recipes,' this is still a favourite among every Mennonite family that I know! My mom never wanted to make these for me as a kid, I guess because they're terribly sweet (and you know how bad sugar is for kids!!), but now that I don't live under my parents' roof anymore, I can make them as often as I want. Problem is, between my husband, daughters and I, even a double batch doesn't last very long!! I usually do use a little less sugar because mom was right, they are quite sweet. Freezes really well -- if they make it to the freezer! (Yield is approximate; depends how big you make your cookies.)

NO BAKE CHOCOLATE HAYSTACK COOKIES
So good and easy to make! My siblings and I made huge batches of these cookies Sunday afternoons, and they were usually gone by Tuesday! The time for boiling the mixture is listed at 5 minutes, but if you cook it a little less, the cookies are chewier.

NO BAKE COOKIES I
Tasty no-bake cookies made with oatmeal, peanut butter and cocoa. Start timing when mixture reaches a full rolling boil; this is the trick to successful cookies. If you boil too long the cookies will be dry and crumbly. If you don't boil long enough, the cookies won't form properly.

NO BAKE COOKIES- NEVER FAIL!
This was given to me from a dear friend of my mother's. Everytime I've made these cookies they turn out, the first ones setting up before I've spooned out all othe the others. Do not double this recipe. And using Splenda instead of sugar won't turn out as well.

THE TOP 10 NO-BAKE BAR COOKIES RECIPES - THE SPRUCE EATS
From thespruceeats.com
- Special Kay Bars. I make these Special Kay bars about once a week for the kids at my husband's high school. They love them! These bars are very quick; I can put them together in about 10 minutes.
- Microwave Chocolate Crisp Bars. These bars are rich and easy to make. They use cocoa flavored crisp rice cereal along with chocolate chips to make a super chocolatey bar cookie.
- Peanut Butter Marshmallow Treats. What could make Rice Krispie Bars even better? Peanut butter. And what improves on that? Peanut butter cups! This peanut butter marshmallow treats recipe is simply sensational.
- Caramel Cereal Chews. This recipe is super sweet, so be warned; you have to cut them into tiny pieces. This is my sister Laura's favorite bar cookie. If you like pralines, you'll love this recipe!
- Peanut Butter Cup Bars. These bars taste just like Peanut Butter Cups, hence the name. But if you've ever made the knock-off peanut butter cup recipe, there's lots of fooling with coating miniature candy cups, filling them, then re-coating, and all that nonsense.
- No Bake Rocky Road Bars. A dry chocolate frosting mix (I think Jiffy is the only manufacture of this product) is the secret ingredient in these chocolate super rich bar cookies.
- Chocolate Butterscotch Naniamo Bars. Graham cracker crumbs form the base of this bar cookie, and it's topped with a filling made from instant pudding mix.
- Lemon Snowdrift Bars. The crust for this unusual and delicious bar cookie is cooked on the stovetop. You make a custard of butter, sugar, eggs, and lemon juice, then stir in vanilla wafer crumbs, marshmallows and coconut.
- Indoor S'Mores. Just about everyone has made S'mores. You know - you toast a marshmallow over a campfire (and it usually burns), then you make sandwiches with the hot marshmallow, graham crackers, and a candy bar.
- Chewy Cereal Bars. Dried cranberries are stirred into the base for Special Kay bars, so these bar cookies are a bit more nutritious. And there's no frosting, so you can eat them sooner!
