This Neiman Marcus Dip is a holiday classic, and pairs great with crackers. Loaded with bacon, cheese and almonds plus ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

4 Oz Cream Cheese
4 Oz Mayonnaise
9 Stripes Bacon (Cooked)
4 Green Onions
1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
1/2 Cup Almond Slivers
1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper (Optional)

Steps:

Measure out ingredients, then chop the green onions and crumbled the cooked bacon.
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and stir until well combined. Serve immediately with crackers, or store leftovers in the fridge.

I just had this at a party. It is awesome! A nice chunky dip, I would double the batch because it went really fast.

Ingredients

1/4 cup sliced almonds
4 slices bacon, cooked,crumbled and cooled
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 green onion, sliced thinly
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 350F.
Spread almonds on a cookie sheet and toast for 10 minutes.
Let cool.
Combine all ingredients until well mixed.
Serve with crackers or apple slices.

This dip is a family favorite as well as a favorite wherever and whenever I serve it. Men especially love this dish. It makes a ton and will keep for a long time in the refrigerator. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Ingredients

4 c grated cheddar cheese or a mixture of cheeses
3 c real mayonnaise
12 slice bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled, may use equivalent commercial real bacon bits
1 bunch green onions
1 c chopped pecans

Steps:

1. Mix all ingredients together and chill several hours before serving. The longer it chills, the better it is. Serve with cracker or Fritos Scoops.
2. For variety, add garlic, red pepper, parsley, or green chiles. May also drizzle with Fire roasted raspberry chipotle sauce.
