TWO-INGREDIENT DOUGH
This fan-favourite dough is a quick (and healthy!) way to have all your favourite carbs. Our basic version will help you make impressive bagels, pastries, calzones, pizza, and more. Make sure to let your ball of dough rest for five minutes before use so it's easier to work with. Add dry or fresh seasonings to the dough to add a touch of flavour. Baking times and temperatures vary based on the items being made with the dough but in general, the dough cooks well at 350°F for about 10-15 minutes. Swap in gluten-free self-rising flour for regular self-rising flour, if desired.

Steps:
- Place flour and yogurt in a medium bowl; stir well with a wooden spoon until just combined and then keep mixing dough in bowl with your hands until smooth (about 2 minutes of kneading). If dough is too sticky to knead, add more flour, 1 Tbsp at a time, until no longer sticky; let sit five minutes. Divide dough into 8 equal pieces and roll or form into the shape for your desired recipe.

Steps:
- Put a pizza stone or inverted baking sheet on the center rack of the oven and preheat to 450 degrees F.
- Put the flour and yogurt in a large bowl and mix with a fork until a shaggy dough forms. (The dough may appear dry and crumbly at first, but it will come together as you mix it.) Turn the mixture out onto a lightly floured work surface and knead until the dough is smooth and slightly elastic, about 8 minutes, dusting with more flour if necessary. If the dough feels too dry, add water, a tablespoon at a time and continue kneading until it is soft and pliable.
- Divide the dough in half, roll into two balls, and then use a rolling pin to roll the balls out into two 10-inch pizza crusts. Dust the back of another inverted baking sheet or pizza peel with more flour, semolina or coarse cornmeal and place a circle of dough on top.
- Top the dough round with sauce and shredded cheese as desired, leaving a half-inch bare border around the edge. Slide the pizza onto the preheated stone or baking sheet in the oven. (Alternatively, roll out the dough on a baking sheet, top as desired and put the sheet in the oven to bake.) Cook until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling, 8 to 10 minutes. Using a large spatula, transfer the pizza to a cutting board and let sit 5 minutes. Repeat with the remaining dough round.

2 INGREDIENT COOKIES
Found this recipe online and tried it out. Turned out yummy. Probably the best recipe to start kids off baking cookies! The add-ins are endless. Choc chips, nuts, spices, fruit etc. When I made the second batch of these, I added vanilla extract and choc chips, turned out great. No secret to these... when you get a nice cookie dough consistency...it's time to bake. The smaller you make them, the less time they will take...and will determine how much you get out of a batch.

2 INGREDIENT DOUGH WEIGHT WATCHERS
This has been the talk of our weight watchers meeting and people are using it for everything from pretzel bites, to pizza and even calazones. I've used it for biscuits myself but can't wait to try some of the others. Depending on what you want to make with this dough the serving sizes will be different, but the whole entire dough recipe is 11 smart points. Please use your recipe builder. I divide it into 4 servings and comes out to about 3 points. Fair warning it's a very sticky dough to work with so there's a learning curve getting used to working with it, but just flour the surface you're using and your hands well. As a disclaimer this is NOT up to regular dough standards but a nice alternative when hoping to cut down on calories
