- 1. Liberally spread butter/margarine on one side of each slice of bread. Place bread slices buttered side down in a cold skillet or on cold griddle
- 2. place 1-2 slices cheese on top of each slice of bread. Place half of turkey in center of cheese xlices on top of bread slices.gradually increase heat under skillet/griddle. When cheese starts to melt carefully invert one slice of bread w/cheese & turkey and place on top of other slice of bread so that the cheese/turkey sides are together.Continue grilling sandwich; turning often untilgolden brown. Serve warm with desired sides. Feel free to experiment with various deli meat/cheeses and see which combinations you like best!! - Fill bread slices with 2% Milk Singles, tomatoes and turkey to make 4 sandwiches.
- Spread outsides of sandwiches with butter.
- Grill 1-1/2 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Cut each into 4 strips. Serve as dippers with barbecue sauce.

BEST GRILLED CHEESE AND TURKEY SANDWICH
This recipe might sound strange... who ever thought of using mayo on a grilled cheese instead of butter?? Try it, you'll see. It makes a great crunch on the bread. And you can use fat free mayo... I don't think fat free butter exists. I haven't found a cheese I don't like with this sanwich. You can also switch up the meat.

- spread one side of each slice of bread with a tsp of mayo, coating it evenly.
- place one slice in the pan, mayo side down.

- Spread the inside of each slice of bread with prepared mustard.
- In a shallow dish combine the milk eggs, salt and pepper; whisk to combine thoroughly.
- Make 6 sandwiches layering 1 slice ham, 1 slice turkey and 1 slice cheese (can use more more).
- Lightly brush the outside of the sandwiches with melted butter.
- Melt butter in a skillet over low heat.
- Dip the sandwich/s in the milk/egg mixture, turning to coat each side.
- Brown in the skillet.
