Steps:
- Place an oven rack in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Spray a 9 by 5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, stir together the bread crumbs, parsley, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, if using, eggs, milk, feta, salt, and pepper. Add the turkey and gently stir to combine, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Carefully pack the meat mixture into the prepared pan and bake until the internal temperature registers 165 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer, about 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and slice. Put on a serving platter and serve.

VERY OLD MEATLOAF RECIPE
At present time (2012), this is a 207-year-old meatloaf recipe, that has been handed down through our family since my great-great-grandmother back in 1807. It may be older than this, but that's as far back as I can trace it. Originally it was made using deer meat, but I prefer using beef as did my Mother. Enjoy.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Mix ground beef with water and milk in a large bowl using your hands until beef is evenly moistened.
- Mix bread crumbs, onion, carrot, apple, and egg into the beef mixture until evenly integrated.
- Form the beef mixture into a loaf.
- Transfer the meatloaf to a deep baking dish; tent with a sheet of aluminum foil.
- Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour; remove foil tent and bake until no longer pink the center, about 30 minutes more.

Giada made this recipe on the Today Show and I ran out and bought all the ingredients and made the meatloaf for dinner. It was delicious, moist and flavorful and made great left overs.

- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 9x5x3-inch glass loaf pan. Heat oil in heavy medium skillet over medium heat. Add onion; sauté 5 minutes. Add celery; sauté until vegetables are very tender, about 15 minutes longer. Transfer to large bowl.
- Add all remaining ingredients except ketchup to vegetables in bowl. Mix thoroughly. Transfer to prepared pan. Bake 1 hour. Brush with ketchup and bake until thermometer inserted into center registers 165°F, about 15 minutes longer. Cool 5 minutes. Slice and serve.

- In a large bowl, stir together the bread crumbs, herbs, garlic cloves, sun-dried tomatoes, feta, eggs, and olive oil. Add the ground turkey to the bowl, season well with salt and pepper and mix ingredients together. If the mixture seems too wet, add another tablespoon of bread crumbs.
