Steps:

• Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on 1 piece of bread.
• Place lettuce and turkey on the cream cheese.
• Roll it up with the bread on the outside. Cut in half and place in bento box.
• Place cherry tomatoes in one compartment and in another add cereal, pretzels, chocolate candies, and raisins.
• Pack bento box in a lunch box with a frozen juice box to keep everything cold.

Steps:

• Spread 2 teaspoons veggie cream cheese over entire surface of each tortilla. (Use green spinach and red sun-dried tomato tortillas to add color). Top cream cheese with 1/4 cup lettuce. Place 2 slices of turkey on 1/2 on each tortilla. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon shredded carrots on top of the turkey slices.
• Roll the tortillas starting at the edge where you placed the turkey.
• Use a serrated knife to cut roll into 1-inch slices. Arrange on a plate to serve.

Steps:

• Warm the tortillas in the microwave in 30-second intervals, until flexible. Transfer to a clean work surface.
• Spread on half the pesto on each tortilla.
• Divide the tomatoes, turkey, spinach, and provolone between the tortillas.
• Wrap the tortillas tightly in plastic wrap and rest for 30 minutes.
• Stick 6 toothpicks 1-inch (2.5 cm) apart into the wraps along the seam.
• Slice between the toothpicks and serve.

CREAM CHEESE TASTY TORTILLA PINWHEELS

Steps:

• Soften cream cheese, slice up your green onions and add your herbs -- I taste as I go and there are many combinations but this has been my favorite. Blend well and put your tortillas on a flat surface. Spread cream cheese mixture to edges and roll up.
• If you use the 6 inch tortillas it makes about 6 or 7 rolls depending on how thick you spread the cheese.
• Put in the refrigerator covered with saran wrap. Let them chill back until they are firm. Then remove and cut in 3/4 inch slices. Arrange on a dish with toothpicks and have your salsa in the center to dip!

Steps:

• Spread cream cheese over tortillas. Layer with spinach and turkey. Roll up tightly; if not serving immediately, cover and refrigerate. To serve, cut rolls crosswise into 1-in. slices.
