TRIPLE-CHIP BARS
These bar cookies take decadence to a new level by combining the flavors of peanut butter, chocolate and nuts.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Melt butter in rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, in oven. Stir in crushed graham snacks; press evenly in bottom of pan.
- Sprinkle peanut butter chips, white baking chips, chocolate chips and peanuts over crumb mixture. Drizzle condensed milk over top.
- Bake 25 minutes. Loosen bars from sides of pan while warm. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. For 32 bars, cut into 8 rows by 4 rows.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
- Mix together the melted butter and brown sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix.
- Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and mix just until combined.
- Stir in the baking chips.
- Bake for 24-28 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool for about 20 minutes before cutting.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, beat butter with brown sugar and vanilla at medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed until combined.
- In a small bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to egg mixtuer while mixing on low speed.
- Fold in chocolate chips and nuts, if using.
- Spread batter evenly in an ungreased 13x9 inch (3.5L) pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in centre comes out clean.
- Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Remove from pan and cut into squares.

- Preheat oven to 350°F(325° for glass).
- In 13 x 9 pan melt butter in oven.
- Sprinkle crumbs evenly over melted butter.
- Top evenly with coconut, then condensed milk.
- Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
- In large bowl, melt chocolate chips with peanut butter in microwave, check every 20 seconds until melted.
- Spread evenly over hot coconut layer.
- Cool 30 minutes. Chill. Cut into bars.
