1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 cup frozen mixed berries (blue berries, raspberries and blackberries)
1 medium ripe banana
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 dash cinnamon

Steps:

  • In a blender, add all ingredients.
  • Blend on high for 1 minute.
  • enjoy!

½ cup (80 g) red grapes
½ cup (75 g) frozen unsweetened strawberries
½ cup (80 g) frozen blueberries
½ cup (100 g) frozen raspberries

Steps:

  • 1.Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  • 2.Select Variable 1.
  • 3.Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
  • 4.Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
