- Cable Overhead Extension. Overhead triceps extensions place your upper arms next to your head, which allows for a large range of motion and a significant stretch on the triceps muscle.

- One arm cable extension. The one arm pushdown, which you can also perform with bands if you don’t have access to cables, is an excellent exercise for ensuring that both of your triceps get equal amounts of stimulation.
