½ cup butter
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 (17.5 ounce) package crispy corn and rice cereal
1 pound confectioners' sugar

Steps:

Melt the peanut butter with the butter or margarine and the milk chocolate. Pour over the cereal and toss until well coated.
Place the coated cereal in a large paper sack then add the confectioners' sugar, fold down the top of the bag and shake to coat.

2 cups Chex cereal
2 cups Cheerios toasted oat cereal
2 cups peanuts or 2 cups salted prezel sticks
2 cups M&M's
3 (16 ounce) bags white chocolate chips

Steps:

Mix all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave and then pour into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
Lay the mixture flat on cookie sheets and refrigerate until hardened.
Remove from refrigerator and break the mixture apart.

Unlike it's title, this recipe is for children, NOT the family puppy. I received this recipe from a friend of mine who runs a dayhome. It's a big hit at her house, and when I made it for my kids, they loved it! And it's sooo easy to make!

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) box Crispix cereal
1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups icing sugar

Steps:

Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and margarine in a pot over low heat on the stove stirring until smooth.
Stir in vanilla.
In a large tupperware bowl with a lid, first pour in cereal, and then add chocolate mixture, stirring until cereal is well coated.
Sprinkle icing sugar, one cup at a time, onto coated cereal, seal with lid, and shake until cereal is well coated.
Cereal should look white by the time you are done.
Keep stored in a tightly sealed bowl.
