These Toffee Bar Chocolate Chip Brownies are rich, dense and fudgy. They're loaded with chopped Skor Candy Bar and chocolate chips and are definitely a chocolate lover's dream come true.

1/2 cup butter
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
2 large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
3/4 cup chocolate chips
8 Skor Candy Bars (1.4 oz each), coarsely chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8×8 baking pan with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  • In a small saucepan, melt butter and unsweetened chocolate over low heat, stirring frequently. Set aside.
  • In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt on medium speed until well combined. Add melted chocolate mixture and flour, mix on low speed just until combined.
  • Stir in chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of the chopped Skor bar. Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining candy bar on top and gently press in. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with just a few moist crumbs. Don't overbake!
  • Transfer to a wire rack and cook completely before cutting.
  • Cut into small squares and enjoy.

3 (6 oz) bars candy bars with almonds and toffee chips
1 (17.6 oz) package and ingredients required on the package brownie mix with walnuts

Steps:

  • Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions.
  • Line a 13 by 9-inch cake pan with aluminum foil and spray with vegetable oil cooking spray. Spoon in half of the brownie batter and smooth with a spatula or the back of a spoon. Place the candy bars side by side on top of the batter. Cover with the remaining batter.
  • Bake according to package directions. Let cool completely, then lift from the pan using the edges of the foil. This makes it easy to cut the brownies into squares. Makes about 24 large/48 small brownies.

1 cup packed brown sugar
½ cup butter
2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup toffee baking bits
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon toffee baking bits, or to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Beat brown sugar, butter, and eggs together in a large bowl with an electric mixer. Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir in 1 cup toffee bits and chocolate chips. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and edges have started to pull away from the sides of the pan, 23 to 28 minutes. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle evenly with 1 tablespoon toffee bits.

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
1/4 cup butter, softened
6 tablespoons white sugar
6 tablespoons brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup toffee pieces, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 8x8-inch pan with foil; set aside.
  • In a double-boiler over gently simmering water, melt 1 cup chocolate chips and the butter. Stir until smooth and all of the chips have completely melted. Remove from, heat and cool for 5-10 minutes.
  • Stir in white sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring well to combine. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • In a small bowl, sift the flour and salt. Stir into chocolate mixture until no white streaks remain.
  • Fold in the remaining 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips and 1/4 cup toffee bits. Pour batter into prepared pan. Scatter remaining 1/4 cup toffee bits over the top. (You can stir in 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips into the batter and scatter the remaining 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips on top of the batter, along with the 1/4 cup toffee bits, if you'd like, instead of stirring the entire 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips into the batter.).
  • Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-28 minutes, or until top is dry and lightly browned, rotating pan halfway during baking time.
  • Remove pan from oven to a wire rack to cool completely. Lift foil out of pan and set onto a cutting board. Remove foil from large bar. Cut into 32 brownies.

2/3 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup cold butter
1 large egg
1 cup chopped almonds

1-3/4 cups toffee bits, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine flour and brown sugar; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add egg; mix well. Stir in almonds and 1-1/2 cups chocolate chips.
