- 1. Sbattere prima tutte le uova poi aggiungere uno alla volta i cucchiai di farina e il pizzico di sale, facendo attenzione a non far formare grumi. Aggiungere un pò alla volta i bicchieri di liquido.
- 2. Ungere la padella (quelle apposite per crepes) con pennello e mettere sul fuoco, quando è caldo mettere un mestolo di composto (a seconda della padella). Le crepes devono essere molto sottili. Appena si stacca, girarla e farla cuocere anche dall'altra parte. Riporle su un piano per farle asciugare.
