Thin Minttini Chocolate Mint Martini Food

FRESH MINT MARTINI

Steps:

• Combine 1 or 2 slices cucumber, 4 or 5 mint leaves, 1 tablespoon lime juice and 1 teaspoon sugar in a shaker and crush with a muddler or spoon. Add 3 ounces gin or vodka and fill with ice. Cover and shake, then strain through a sieve into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice.

Steps:

• Shake over ice and strain into martini glass.
• Garnish with a Thin Mint cookie.

THIN MINT MARTINI

Steps:

• Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside edge of a martini glass; place glass in the freezer.
• Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; pour peppermint schnapps, chocolate liqueur, and cream into shaker. Cover, shake, and strain martini into the prepared martini glass.

CHOCOLATE MINT MARTINI

Steps:

• Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
• Add vodka, creme de cacao, and creme de menthe.
• Cover and shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass; garnish with a cherry and sprig of mint.

Steps:

• In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, mix ingredients together.
• Shake sharply and strain into a martini glass.
• Garnish with a mint sprig or a sugar coated mint leaf jujube.

Steps:

• Pour ingredients in a mixing glass and stir.
• Strain into a martini glass.
• To make a chocolate rim on the glass rim it with a lime slice and dip in cocoa powder before filling the glass.
