Ingredients

1 egg
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon mustard
5 anchovy fillets
3/4 cup salad oil

Steps:

Place all ingredients except for the oil into the TM bowl. Blend 10seconds/speed 7.
Scrape down and set speed to 4. Slowly drizzle in the oil - I usually take about 4 minutes to add in all of it.

2 large eggs
6 anchovies
5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 teaspoon sodium-free salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup olive oil

Steps:

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; purée until blended. (Note: Omit the anchovies if you do not like their flavor.).

Add 1 tsp lemon juice, mustard and egg and egg yolk to the garlic mixture. Blend 20 sec/Speed 4.
Place the butterfly whisk in the TM Bowl. Turn the TM on for 3 minutes/Speed 4. With the MC in place alternate adding oil and lemon juice.
