The Perfect Strawberry Martini Food

STRAWBERRY MARTINI

Steps:

• Chill two martini glasses and a cocktail shaker in the freezer for 30 minutes.
• Wash and hull the strawberries, and pick the mint leaves.
• Put a few drops of dry vermouth into each glass and swirl it around.
• Put 3 strawberries into the bottom of each glass - if they're big, cut them into pieces first.
• Throw the remaining strawberries and the mint leaves into the cold cocktail shaker and squash them with the end of a rolling pin.
• Add 2 handfuls of ice cubes and the gin or vodka, then put the top on and shake it about.
• Strain into the martini glasses.

STRAWBERRY MARTINI

Steps:

• muddle strawberries to a pulp in cocktail shaker.
• add vodka.
• add syrup.
• fill shaker with ice.
• shake ten times.
• pour through wire strainer into prepared cocktail glass.

THE PERFECT MARTINI

Steps:

• In a pint glass or cocktail shaker, add ice, gin and vermouth. Allow them to sit, without shaking or stirring, for 2-3 minutes. You can swirl it a few times if you want.
• If you are zesting the lemon, do it right over the martini glass.
• Strain the martini into a chilled martini glass, give the lemon zest a twist over the glass and add it to the drink.
• Serve right away to your adoring fans.

THE PERFECT STRAWBERRY MARTINI

Steps:

• In a shaker, add all of the ingredients including the diced strawberries.
• Muddle the mixture until strawberries are well crushed.
• Add ice to fill shaker tin 3/4 full. Shake vigorously and strain into two sugar rimmed martini glasses.

WATERMELON AND STRAWBERRY MARTINI

Steps:

• Whizz up the strawberries and watermelon in a blender.
• Fill up a shaker half way with ice.
• Squeeze the juice of half the lime
• Add in the vodka, fresh lime juice, simple syrup and 150ml of the watermelon and strawberry juice. (save any left over watermelon and strawberry juice for another cocktail. It will last in the fridge for 2-3 days but will need a stir).
• Shake together and pour through a strainer in to the cocktail glasses.
• Decorate with a garnish of a mini sized watermelon slice and a strawberry and enjoy straight away.

CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY MARTINI

Steps:

• In a martini shaker, combine the fresh strawberries, vodka, Godiva liqueur, Bailey's, and chocolate syrup. Muddle together until the strawberries are broken down. Fill the shaker with ice and give it a few good shakes, making sure to combine all of the ingredients. Pour the drink mixture through a strainer into a chocolate rimmed glass. Garnish with a fresh strawberry. Cheers!

ANGEL FOOD STRAWBERRY PARFAITS

Steps:

• Cover the bottom of each cup with angel food cake, top with a dollop of strawberry sauce and repeat until full.
• Top each cup with whipped cream and a fresh strawberry slice. If you are making ahead, don't add the whipped cream until ready to serve.
