How To Make the Best Paloma image

Like a fruitier twist on a margarita, this grapefruit cocktail is ready to party.

Ingredients

3 ounces blanco tequila, such as Espolon or Casamigos (about 2 shots)
2 ounces grapefruit juice (about 1 1/2 shots)
1/2 ounce lime juice (about half a shot)
Salt rim (preferably coarse sea salt)
Topo Chico (preferably Twist of Grapefruit or Twist of Lime)
Ice
Grapefruit wedge or lime slice for garnish

Steps:

Rim the glass with salt, if desired. (Using a grapefruit or lime wedge, rub juice around the rim and then dip rim into any salt you have on hand.)
Fill a glass with ice. Add tequila, grapefruit juice, and lime juice. Top with Topo Chico or sparkling water of your choice. Garnish with grapefruit or lime wedge. Enjoy!

Ingredients

ice
50ml tequila blanco (we used El Jimador)
10ml agave syrup
10ml lime juice
60ml pink grapefruit juice
soda water
sea salt
wedge pink grapefruit

Steps:

Dip the rim of a highball glass in a bowl of water, shake off the excess, then sprinkle a spoonful of salt onto a plate or saucer and dip the glass into that to coat the rim.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add all the remaining ingredients minus the soda water. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold, then strain into your prepared glass. Add a few fresh ice cubes and top with soda water to serve. Garnish with the wedge of grapefruit.

Ingredients

4 oz. grapefruit soda (preferably Ting), chilled
1½ oz. blanco tequila
½ oz. fresh lime juice
¼ oz. fresh grapefruit juice
Pinch of kosher salt
Grapefruit wedge or slice (for serving)

Steps:

Fill a highball glass two-thirds full with ice. Slowly pour in about 2 oz. grapefruit soda, filling glass about one-third full. Add 1½ oz. blanco tequila, ½ oz. lime juice, ¼ oz. grapefruit juice, and a pinch of kosher salt. Top with remaining grapefruit soda, stir gently, and garnish with a grapefruit wedge or slice.
