Once the cornucopia/ice cream cones are dry, put one hershey kiss on the bottom of each cornucopia and then stick 3 or 4 pretzel sticks in. Then, fill it with the rest of the blessing mix. I wrapped it in a cellophane bag (I had to cut the bag in half, otherwise it was too long) and tied it with a ribbon. I added the blessing tag to each one, too.
