TEQUILA SUNRISE ICE POPS RECIPE

Steps:

• Stir together the ingredients for each layer separately. Cover and place the 2nd and 3rd layer mixtures in the fridge for now. Divide the 1st layer evenly between 6 (2.5 ounce) or 5 (3 ounce) popsicle molds. Set on a level surface in the freezer for 45-60 minutes. Remove from freezer and slowly pour in the second layer. Freeze for 30 minutes, then poke wooden popsicle sticks through the center, and freeze for another 30 minutes. Remove from freezer and slowly pour in the 3rd layer. Return to freezer and freeze until solid, 4-6 hours.

TEQUILA SUNRISE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Fill a highball glass with 1 1/2 cups ice and set aside.
• Combine tequila and orange juice in a cocktail mixing glass. Add 1 cup ice, stir, and strain into the prepared highball glass. Slowly pour in grenadine and let settle.
• Stir before drinking.

Steps:

• Add the tequila and then the orange juice to a chilled highball glass filled with ice.
• Top with the grenadine, which will sink to the bottom of the glass, creating a layered effect.
• Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

Steps:

• Stir or shake together tequila and orange juice. Fill a chilled 12 ounce glass with ice cubes; pour in orange juice mixture. Slowly pour in the grenadine, and allow it to settle to the bottom of the glass (be patient). Garnish with a slice of orange, and a maraschino cherry.

Steps:

• In a large measuring cup combine canberry juice cocktail, lime juice, and honey; using 8 plastic frozen pop molds or 3-ounce paper cups, pour 4 teaspoons of the juice mixture into the bottom of each mold; freeze for 1 hour or until firm but NOT hard.
• In another liquid measuring cup combine orange juice and tequila; carefully pour orange juice mixture over cranberry mixture.
• Cover paper cups with foil and insert wooden craft sticks into cups or insert pop mold sticks into pop molds; freeze overnight, Remove pops from molds or tear off paper and remove foil before serving.

Steps:

• In a highball glass filled with ice, pour in the tequila and orange juice. Slowly pour the grenadine into the glass over the back of a spoon or by drizzling it down the side of the glass, allowing it to settle at the bottom. Garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry.

ZUCCHINI BITES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400� F/205� C. Place Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim on baking sheet
• set aside.
• Using SpeedyMando� Grater, secure the food guider into the body and place on top of medium sized bowl. Place a piece of zucchini into the food guider, position plunger on top and grate. Repeat with remaining zucchini. If needed, repeat with parmesan cheese.
• Place zucchini in clean microfiber towel and twist to wring out the excess moisture. You will need 1 cup grated and drained zucchini.
• Transfer grated zucchini and Parmesan cheese into mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients. Mix until well combined.
• Using a tbsp. shape the mixture into a ball and place on Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
