Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Rinse the salmon with cold water and place it skin side down on the non-stick baking sheet if the salmon has skin on one side.
- Sprinkle the seasoning salt, garlic powder and dill evenly over the top of the salmon. Place in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until salmon is flaky and can easily be pulled apart or flaked away with a fork. Remove from oven and serve immediately.

BEST DAMN OVEN BAKED SALMON
A quick and easy oven baked salmon filet that's full of flavor, tender, moist and delicious!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450°(F)
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Place salmon filets on pan, skin-side down, and brush with melted butter. (Melt the butter in a small dish in the microwave for about 30 seconds).
- Generously add all the seasoning to the salmon.
- Bake at 450°(F) for 12-16 minutes, or until internal temperature in thickest part of salmon registers 145°(F) on an instant read thermometer.
- Serve with lemon slices and fresh dill as garnish.
TENDER AND FLAKY SALMON
This recipe is a complilation of many recipes I read on-line about how to bake salmon. It turned out terrific - best salmon I've ever had!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Place the white wine and melted margarine in pan. Stir together.
- 3. On a cutting board, place the salmon fillets. Take a damp paper towel and wash the fillets. Pat dry, then brush the fillets with olive oil. Cut into 4-6 inch fillets. Sprinkle with salt, seafood seasoning of choice, Old Bay Seasoning, and onion powder. Arrange the fillets in pan according to size. Pour the lemon juice around the inside edges of the pan and also down the middle.
- 4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 40 minutes until tender and flaky. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
