TATER TOT HOTDISH (CASSEROLE)
I live in Minnesota - the word "Casserole" doesn't exist here. What the rest of the world calls casserole, we call Hotdish! Either way, it's delicious comfort food. This recipe was created by accident, the product of a bunch of stuff in the pantry.

Steps:
- Brown hamburger and onions together. Season lightly with salt.
- In a bowl, combine the hamburger, soups, rice, milk, corn and seasonings.
- Grease a large casserole dish. put in a layer of tater tots, the meat mixture, a layer of cheese and then repeat.
- Bake at 350°F for 30-45 minutes.

Steps:
- Bake the tater tots per package directions.
- while tots are baking cube 2 cups+ of leftover ham, or use 1 lb package of cubed ham.
- Cover bottom of a 9 inch baking dish with tater tots.
- Cover the base layer with the cubed ham, then the green beans, then pour/spread the cheese sauce over it.
- Place the remaining tater tots over the top, then sprinkle the shredded cheese over it.
- Bake at 375 • for 30 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown ground beef and onion together in skillet.
- drain.
- Add taco seasoning and water and simmer according to package directions.
- In a 13x9 casserole dish spread taco meat on bottom of pan.
- Layer the corn on top of it.
- Then place tater tots in a single layer on top of corn.
- Spread the salsa con queso on top of everything.
- Cook in preheated oven for about one hour.
- Good with sourcream on top.
