PINEAPPLE MARGARITA RECIPE
This pineapple margarita is a tropical spin on the classic! The winning combination of pineapple, tequila and lime makes a killer cocktail.

Steps:
- Cut a notch in a lime wedge, then run the lime around the rim of a glass. Dip the edge of the rim into a plate of salt (or for a festive look, use Margarita Salt).
- Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Shake until cold. Strain the margarita into the glass with the salted rim. Fill the glass with ice and serve.
SPICY PINEAPPLE MARGARITA
Steps:
- Preheat a grill to high heat.
- Grill the pineapple and chile on both sides until charred, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Let cool.
- Use the lime wedges to moisten the outer rims of 2 rocks glasses; dip in the salt. Fill with ice and set aside.
- Muddle the chile and pineapple in a shaker until broken up. Add the tequila, pineapple juice, triple sec and lime juice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Strain into the glasses over the ice. Garnish each with a lime wheel.
TANGERITA: TANGERINE MARGARITA

- Rub the rim of the glass with a wedge of lime and dip the rim into a saucer of fine salt. Place the tequila, lime juice, tangerine juice, orange flavored liqueur, and crushed ice into a shaker. Shake to mix and strain into a glass. Garnish with a wedge of lime on the rim of the glass.
PINEAPPLE MARGARITA
Steps:
- Combine the lime juice, tequila, Triple Sec, and pineapple juice. Fill a cocktail shaker 1/2-way with ice and fill 2/3 full with the margarita mixture. Shake for 30 seconds and pour into glasses. Decorate with fresh pineapple slices and serve ice cold.
TANGERINE MARGARITA
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- If desired, rim a cocktail glass with salt : Use a piece of lime or a small amount of orange liqueur in a dish to wet the rim then roll it in a shallow dish of salt.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes, pour the tequila, orange liqueur, and juices.
- Shake well.
- Strain into the prepared glass.
- Serve and enjoy.

- Juice tangerines. You should have about 1-3/4 cups juice. Place in blender with pineapple, sweetener, lime juice, ice, chili powder, and salt.
- Blend on highest speed until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Serve margaritas in goblets garnished with pineapple wedges.
