TACO CHICKEN WINGS

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F. In large roasting pan, melt butter in oven.
• In large resealable food-storage plastic bag, mix flour and taco seasoning mix. Add chicken wings, a few at a time; shake to coat evenly. Place chicken in pan, turning each to coat with butter.
• Bake 35 minutes or until juice of chicken is clear when thickest part is cut to bone (165°F).

TACO-FLAVORED CHICKEN WINGS

Steps:

• In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the taco seasoning, oil, vinegar and 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce; add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat., Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until juices run clear, turning occasionally. , In a small bowl, combine ranch dressing and remaining hot pepper sauce. Serve with chicken.

TACO CHICKEN WINGS

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients except chicken wings in a plastic bag.
• Add wings and shake to coat.
• Place in single layer on 2 greased 15 x 10 pans.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
• Turn and bake 15 minutes more.
• Recipe can be doubled.

TACO CHICKEN WINGS

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350°F.
• In a plastic bag mix together the taco seasoning mix, cornstarch, cornmeal, chili, cumin and oregano.
• Add several wings to the bag and shake to give it a coating, repeat with the rest of the drumettes.
• Place the wings in a single layer on a greased baking sheet(s).
• Bake for approx 50 minutes, turning once or twice.
• Serve with your favorite dip.

TACO WINGS

Steps:

• 1. NOTE: Sauce mixture is for roughly 10 Wings. Double for 20 wings and so on. Also, To adjust the heat of the sauce, add 1T of Butter for Medium, 2T for Mild :)
• 2. To cook the wings (If you didn't order like I did) Oven Fry: Shake wings in 2T of oil, spread on a sheet tray and bake at 450 degrees, Flipping every 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Deep Fry: Fry at 375 degrees, for 10-12 minutes until golden brown
• 3. Shake or Toss with sauce mixture until fully coated, serve alongside Ranch or Bleu Cheese and enjoy! :)

CRISPY TACO WINGS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°. In a shallow bowl, mix flour and taco seasoning. Place melted butter and corn chips in separate shallow bowls. Dip wings in flour mixture to coat both sides; shake off excess. , Dip in butter, then in crumb mixture, patting to help coating adhere., Transfer to a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, 30-40 minutes or until juices run clear.
